Ï had a faulty controller and found Appliance Timers on the internet. I sent them my controller and after paying over $60 for the shipping of the item on top of their fees, I finally got the timer back, plugged it in and got nothing. I got in touch with them via email, all they could suggest was to ensure it was properly connected, which it was. They wanted me to ship the unit back to them for an additional $60 with no guarantee. I asked them to ship me a refurbished unit instead, I was even willing to pay for the shipping. I got no answer, wrote them again, nothing... I wouldn't deal with them.

I had an digital electronic oven timer controller card that failed, no spares available, no replacement parts. I would have had to buy a new oven.

I looked for repair services and found Appliance Timers Canada. Fantastic workmanship, refurbished the card for me, within 5 days, including shipping. They offer one year warrantee, with options to extend.
Very good value, reasonable price (less costly than similar new timer CCAs).
