HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. COMPLETELY DISREGARDED OUR APPOINTMENT FOR PICKUP, THUS CAUSING THE APARTMENT COMPLEX TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH A LEFTOVER WASHER/DRYER IN THE UNIT AFTER OUR LEASE ENDED. NEVER WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We have been rescheduled on 4 different times and it’s been almost an entire month of trying to get them to come pick up the washer/dryer unit. This issue is still ongoing and we don’t have a solution in sight.
Worst mistake taking equipment rental from Appliance Warehouse, they harassed us to take back their equipment upon lease end. Many times it went through service they never repeated it either.
i am extremely disatisfied and i have not even rec'd my order yet. they were supposed to be here yesterday between 3-5. i called back at 5:30 to ask about their eta. the very rude gentleman that i talked to said no later than 6:30 or 7 pm. nothing!!! no call.. nothing. my daughter and i both missed work to be here. then i also stayed home today believing they would rectify it and deliver. ummmm no today is thursday. they told me now not until monday.. there moto on the phone is great customer service how is that great???? i missed another whole day today and they are asking me to miss monday too. i think a free month is appropriate. maybe 2. i missed 3 days of income...
This is the worst commercial coin opt business in the Bay Area. Their service department is unreliable and it is non responsive to service calls. We changed over about a year ago and all was fine until they dropped the ball. We have been waiting for weeks now for a service person to fix the dryer units in or complex. The guy finally showed up and I asked him to wait till I could come check to make sure they worked and he left and the dryers do not work.
If your Condo complex is considering using CSC Service Works DON’T you will regret it. Search for another company with better customer service.
