Avoid them like plague
Paid them a fees of 200USD for a detailed report on residential property and to be followed by detailed discussion on the report. - as they texted before subscribing for their service. A day later received a templated report with some tabular information on things labelled auspicious and inasupicious. Most had no details on what could be the associated problem. For a few things remedies were suggested.
The earlier promised consultation had to be asked for, not automatically arranged by them. Original message had said detailed consultation, but they specified that it would be limited to 15 min! Well have to accept it. When I logged in for the consultation, the person at the other end did not give any personal introduction. Would not show their face on screen . When I asked her if she is a vastu expert , she replied in negative . She mentioned she was just reading the report her 'SIr' had sent her. I was upset by this unprofessional behaviour and asked if I can have discussion with a Vastu Consultant. She suggested I whatsapp their contact number for that (something I had already done before). However what followed was the unknown/unnamed person on whatsapp criticising me that I was rude to their staff! Asking for what was assured is rude as per Applied Vastu. In my interpretation their behavior reeks of unprofessionalism and not so honest work ethic.
