I do not recommend it

The fees are stupidly expensive.
There are no choice on this website
The teachers do not reply to our message.
We received to much email after booking a lesson.
The schedule of the teacher is not understandable at all
I received a confirmation for 3pm but in fact a booked 120min for 1pm

Great platform

I have had great experience with Apprentus. Have found excellent teachers for my children. Wish the app were a bit better done (friendlier to the user) but it works as is thanks to the responsiveness of the support group.

They censure every message between the …

They censure every message between the client and the teacher, it means they modify every message on purpose without any reason to do it. Furthermore they are not responding properly to the emails that we sended to the them, finally they did not find any replacement of teacher while it's explicitly written on their page "we will find an other teacher if you are not satisfied".

Improve communication between clients and teachers

The concept and idea is good. Still some room to reach the perfection.

There is a frustration when you take time to write to the teachers and that more than a month after still no answer which gives some doubt concerning how serious are such professionals. I recommend apprentus to find a way to get people updated or to oblige people to answer or at least get an answer.
