I went to Waterend Tyres Hemel Hempstead this morning to get new tyres fitted, which were a good price. When my vehicle went into the garage, it had alloy wheel nuts, however when it came out it had rusty steel nuts. When I questioned this, I was told that's what was on the vehicle originally. They more or less told me, I didn't know what I was talking about. Its going to cost £40 plus to get it back to how it was before I took it into the garage with alloy nuts. I Wont be using them again!!!

Got my tyres sorted without too long to wait.
Fitter was a bit miserable which is why I can’t give five stars.

after today, I realise why this tyre center has great reviews, tpms light won't go out, they checked my daughters car tpms, with a scanner, on all wheels, and re set tyre pressure to the car computer, light went out, enabaling me to get the car MOT'd later that day, it only took 5 minutes, and they didn't wan't anything for the service, how good is that,, a garage would have charged you for the diagnostic,, these guys deserve all this praise, and more,, cheers

I went to have a puncture repair but they showed me how the inside of the had worn due driving on flat. I needed a new tyre. They had new tyre at a good price. They were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

James and Chris go above and beyond, always a great service and at unbeatable prices. Will also repair if it's an option and not rip you off for new tyres if you don't need them. It's why we go back to them every time, 100% trustworthy.

This is by far the best tyre garage i have ever come across. So much so, i am about to move away from the area but will gladly travel all the way back to use these guys because I trust these guys so much!

They will NEVER rip you off, i went to 6 different garages in the local area, 4 of which tried to charge me over £200, Apsley tyres charged £19.
