I had a horrible experience with this company and it would take me a long time to go through all the details, right from the time of placing my order, to the delivery, to the product being faulty, to no answer from them and then saying they would refund me 30% of my order and never, ever would refund it or respond. Now the link is blocked and it says it may be a false company and there's no other way to contact them as they won't respond to my email, even though they offered to refund 30%. BUYER BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I am not happy with this company. I ordered a calming ad for my cat on November 22, 2025. According to Shop, it was never shipped! I no loinger have a need fr this product. I've tried cntacting aaua catsw by email and I got two options, keep the product aqnd get 30% refund r redturn thed product for a fulkl refund. I can't return something I never received. It's like a bot that is responding to my emails. I jiust want my money back.

Less than 1. Never received or never refunded.

When I placed an order for calming/cooling mat, they automatically changed it to a large size, which I did not want. I tried to cancel it but they stated it had already been shipped, which was not true.
I've tried calling them, emailing them, no luck.
I will not contact my credit card company..Do not purchase from this company

I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

After placing my order, I received a “failed delivery attempt” notice along with a tracking number (UL014066727YP) that does not exist or cannot be found in any tracking system. This raises serious concerns about whether the item was ever shipped at all.

I reached out to the company requesting clarification and a valid tracking number, but have received no response.

At this point, there is no proof of shipment, no working tracking information, and no customer support communication.

Proceed with caution—this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

Don’t buy anything from this company, they misrepresent their product offering you buy one get one free, but you never get the second one. And then when you realize that it’s not feasible for your cat they want you to send it back to China at your expense!

The company placed an order of the water mat and I was just looking at the website. I purchased the stainless steel watering system and have no issues with it. However, the company attempted to automatically subscribe to water filters. I removed all bank cards from all sources related to Aqua Cats and in turn have received multiple emails about non-payment for the subscriptions that I did not agree to. My opinion is Do Not Buy Anything from this company as it is obvious the "plus sell" factor is probable. There are no returns nor actual customer support/service.

Terrible product. no quality at all. When I opened the portal to put water in it, the plastic portal separated from the floor of the mat so you can’t even put water in it. It’s ruined. There was no paperwork with it no instructions about how much water to put in it. There’s no place to call or email for returns or refunds and I want a refund. Terrible products and this was the $49 heavy duty one and it fell apart in my hands. I have photos of the poor quality.

Total scam. Advertising a free mat, after you put an order in they tell you it's for a cheap product they don't even have advertised. They ask you to pay a ridiculous amount for the product you originally thought you were ordering. Emailed them for a refund and got no response. Total scam. Stay away.

This company cannot do anything to improve because it does not want to. As another review said, it gets you to pay for the regular version, then tells you the "scratch proof" version costs more. It has a "cancellation" link that conveniently does not work and a phone number for Germany.

I have multiple cats and none of them play with it. One of my cats likes plays with qtips, and amuses himself simply by opening and closing a door. They batt at elastics that are around my board games and love scratching at piles of paper. Another one loves to play with my hair elastics and rolls around in shopping bags- a quirk that we were hoping to get rid of by giving him a safer toy. My point is that my cats seem to make everything a toy. However, the aqua cat has not peaked their interest at all. Does not come with directions, so I have no idea how much water is ideal to put in. Mat took a long time to arrive. Talking to the company about returning, I am glad I did not upgrade

***** BUYER BEWARE ***** This company is a scam! This Chinese company is ripping off anyone who orders from them. They advertise one thing, get you to pay for an upgrade, and then deliver you a cheaply made, very small water mat, which is easily punctured when used the FIRST time! The upgraded version is supposed to be scratch-resistant and larger but they failed to ship that item to me. They only sent the worthless cheap small version that is advertised that they are throwing it in for free. I paid a total of $76 for that cheap version so its hardly free! I've demanded a refund but I've received nothing nor heard anything from them.

This cat watermat they claim is puncture proof is a lie! My cats I thought they would love it, well they only had 20 minutes on it and they not only bite holes into it they popped it with their claws! I clip their claws every other week too, so none of us the cat nor the people get hurt by sharp claws. Then the gift that you do spend $20 + bucks on is the equivalent to a dollar store leash and harness! Not worth the money!

They are thieves. I ordered the "free" calming mat and was pretty much forced to upgrade to the plush calming mat.
I got the free one, but never received the one I paid for.

I ordered the “free” cat bundler from Aquacats USA. Then a $22.99 charge showed up on my account. When I questioned it they said it was the shipping charge. To where? China? I’ve never seen such a large shipping charge. So much for free.

When I ordered the "so-called " free mat, it immediately required an up grade to get fish inside. It automatically whacked me for insurance then up graded me to a $90 option. They refunded me$20. When the item came it leaked. Since then I have had no response in over a year. No refund. No replacement.

The add said I’d receive a car carrier for free. I was to pay shipping. . I was charged $29. I was misled.

First my 7 year old cat wouldn’t go near it., when I got it in early fall. Then I adopted a 5 month old kitten last month, and he started playing on it, and poked holes through both parts. Now the ring doesn’t hold air and it’s leaking water all over the place. Not good quality at all, and now it’s too late for a refund. Don’t buy this overpriced piece of crap! 😑

I bought a "comfort mat" for my cat from here. The shipping for this "free" item was $14.99. But that wasn’t enough. They have an "upgrade" offer. Which I declined. They did it anyway. $61!!! I tried repeatedly to cancel the order but they refused and offered me a 30% refund. Which they said "many of their customers preferred". I decided it was better than nothing. But it never came through. I would have to pay to return it to China, and they have already wasted enough of my money!! So I guess I’m stuck with it. My cat hates it. Won’t go near it. It’s ugly and it smells bad. It’s poor quality and they have very poor customer service.

I don’t want to give aquacatsusa any stars at all but giving one because you gave to. It is Feb. 2026 just to let you know. On fb a few days ago there was an ad for a free pet calming bed. I think I’ve seen this offered in years past. The pad is familiar looking yet it may not be the same company.
Anyway, there are many out there that look identical but this one from aquacatsusa has a story attached to the ad which told about a lady and her cat and how the cat tried to stay warm in different places especially during winter, etc. and her sister came to visit and brought her cat and the cats bed which was this calming bed. Anyway it goes on to describe how the sisters cat wasn’t cold or wandering around the house looking for warmth as her cat was since she had her special calming bed, so the First Lady ordered one and it worked the same for her cat. Ok sorry, long story. I really, really want one for my cat if it really exists and works like this but not from this company since they are a scam apparently and my bank card was being told it was an invalid card number when trying to order on their site. Thank goodness I couldn’t now seeing all your warnings and reviews!! Thank you! I’m so sorry to all of you who were able to purchase from them and got scammed!!! My bank just told me my card wouldn’t work on their site through manual entering the info, not PayPal, not Apple Pay, and not even Shop. They said the company is in Denmark and since is out of the country that is why it alerted fraud and won’t work on their site. Thank God for HIS protection!! I have seen many look alike , but they are not made the same nor work the same as aquapetsusa calming bed advertises. Does anyone know if this exact bed is in existence somewhere else safe and good to purchase one from? Also someone claimed aquapetsusa bed did come but is extremely small, so is this in existence somewhere else and the correct size? Sorry again for being so long and I really don’t know how we can respond on here to each other, but maybe you could write a review with the answer on where to get one Please and Thank You if you know?
