Do not trust this company. I placed an order with them for replacement headrests in April 2021. They did not contact me initially after the expected delivery date passed. I constantly chased and was given excuse after excuse. There was no proactive communication, no apology, nothing. Eventually I got a refund on 22-Sep-21. Poor, poor service.

The image of what they are selling does not match what you receive. They are now selling a low budget fitting instead of the old more robust design. When it comes to getting it replaced they are slow to react and currently I am still waiting for them to collect the part and replace with the better quality unit. For the price they charge I had expected better.

Update. They have swapped the parts over and I have been sent one of the original units (that looks like the website) and another that is cheap in design / quality. The older design works fine but the new model is not working that well but this is all they have.
