This company provides a first class service which is good these days, no chatbot or robot talking to you just a proper human being who knows there stuff very pleased with this company and will always have me as a customer for waterbeds!

I’ve only given you five stars because I couldn’t give you six. We had a waterbed for twenty years in Australia before we moved to the UK almost 20 years ago and reverted to a conventional mattress. But after losing a lot of weight recently my wife started feeling uncomfortable during the night especially when lying on her side so we decided to get a waterbed again. After hunting around online I found Aquaglow and got a good vibe from their website so I drove up to Preston from Gloucestershire to pay them a visit. My positive feelings were confirmed so we placed our order which required the base with drawers to be custom made. We were happy to wait and when it was ready they delivered it personally to us on a Saturday. Very good instructions, supplemented by videos and top quality components all around. I had good fun putting it all together and most importantly my wife had a very comfortable night when we put it to the test. Worth every penny and a definite step up from the waterbed we had all those years ago in Sydney. If you’re looking for a waterbed your search is over. These are the go to guys.

Was rather worried about assembling it but with Adam's reassurance & detailed instructions all went well & now having a fantastic sleep.

Went to visit the guys in the showroom and they couldn't have been more helpful. Discussed the waterbed we are removing and what their options are. Showed the showroom selections and got my wife and I to try for size and comfort. Made our selection for size, style and movement. Delivery took only 10 days. All parts lettered for assembly and a YouTube video for help. Simply a large wooden jigsaw

Up to temperature overnight and enjoying our first soft sided waterbed even more than our previous hard sided waterbeds.

Good communication before purchase. After sales service non-existent.
I first contacted them to suggest that the rails for the foam shoulders would be better with countersunk holes for the screws. Had to take screws out as they stood proud, and so drilled countersunk holes. No reply
Next I contacted to inform them that the cap over the bung just pulls straight off instead of unscrewing. No reply.
Then there was an odious stench from the mattresses, which permeated the bedding. We travelled a forty mile round trip to replace the mattress cover, duvet and pillows, and even after washing the mattresses, the same happened again, which resulted in my 80 year old husband trying to sleep on the couch.
One would think that a customer could get advice, but no.

I have had 3 dealings with Aquaglow Waterbeds spending quite a lot of money over the years.
There have been different issues with every order & very poor customer service & support provided once they have your money.
If they allow you to send anything back to them, you have to pay for the expensive shipping, whatever the reason for the return.
I won’t be buying from Aquaglow again & sadly would not recommend them.

Blown away at the superb service. I ordered a new mattress and heater in the evening of the 2nd Jan 25, quite happy to accept a delay due to the holiday period. However, on the 3rd Jan very early afternoon, the order arrived.

I ordered online and did not require any help, although it was available if required, to find what I wanted and took my time checking it all out. The web site is clear and the only thing I stumbled on was the checking of the foam side measurements and making sure I chose the right ones. But that was a 'me' thing. There is plenty of information about the products making choice easier.

The package is well packed, and I am confident it will be fine. However, my son has not yet opened it as it is intended for him. I wanted to post straight away though as I am so pleased with the delivery time.

We have purchased our yearly supplies from Aquaglow for well over 20 years. This year we've had a bedroom revamp and decided to buy a new soft sided waterbed to replace our trusty hard sided version. We opted for a wooden plinth and drawers which Adam very helpful advised us on colour options aiming to match as closely as possible our new oak furniture. We were intending to install it ourselves but Adam squeezed us into his schedule and delivered and assembled it for us. The bed is so much easier to get out of than our old hard sided version, we aren't getting any younger let's face it, and incredibly comfortable. We loved our old bed but this is next level!
An extra order for cleaner etc and spare bedding, taking advantage of his sale, resulted in a super quick response as Adam phoned to ask if I would be happy with
another make of conditioner as the other had flown out of stock. I also told him absolutely no rush this side of Xmas but less than 24 hrs later a delivery was attempted, our fault for not being around.

I cannot fault the service that Adam and his company provide and the quality of the beds he makes along with the maintenance products available. No need to go anywhere else Aquaglow have it covered.

We had a trip out to Aquaglow with a view to replacing our 30 year old hard side bed with a soft side bed.
We spoke to Adam who showed us many of the options available that were in the showroom. We opted for the Aqua Pro and six drawer wooden base.
We expected to spend a week on the sofa while we dismantled our existing bed, and built our new bed, but it was only one night.
Adam delivered the bed himself, and explained how all the parts were labelled with letters and numbers, and explained which parts went where. By the time we'd drained and dismantled the old bed on one day, we'd forgotten what he'd said.
We started to build the new bed the following morning, and took the components into the bedroom. After a few coats of looking at the parts, Adam's instructions started to make sense, and the frame was put together in much less time than we expected. Each of the parts slotted together easily, including the drawer units, and in a few hours we were filling the bed.
I have back trouble, and when it flares up, it was very difficult and very painful to get out of the old hard side bed. With the soft side, it's so much easier and almost pain free.
Sleepwise, our new bed is extremely comfortable, with two layers of damping.
Even with the heater reduced below the factory setting, it's very warm and comfortable.
One point to note, our hard side bed was 7 foot by 5 foot, and that was the mattress size, plus the frame, adding another three inches each side, making 7 foot 6 by 5 foot 6.
The soft side bed is 6 foot 6 inches by 5 foot overall. If you have cats, like we do, get the biggest bed you can fit in, cos the cats will take up all the space.

I made an order online over the weekend, then realised I could have a better specification for only a small increase in price, I rang up on Monday and spoke to a very helpful man who sorted out my upgrade and everything arrived nicely packaged and was easy to assemble. Very happy with the comfort so far. This was a replacement for a previous waterbed that had reached the end of its' service.

Cannot fault this company I ordered a mattress protector and within 24 hours it was on my doorstep. From Preston to Kent I’m impressed. Quality of product is amazing will definitely use them again. If I could rate higher I would.

Amazing service from this company. Ordered a new mattress and did not realise I never put the order through correctly, man from the company very kindly called me to let me know! If he did not I would be sitting wondering where mattress is for days so though this was very kind. Re-ordered and the mattress came basically the next morning, not set up fully yet but quality so far appears 10/10 would highly recommend this company!

We purchased a full king size waterbed set up & water pillows from Aquaglow. One of the water pillows developed a leak where the valve was. It was still within the warranty period, they asked to keep hold of it & investigate it. They kept hold of till the warranty had expired then refused to do anything about it cos’ the warranty had expired. The poor quality mattress cover zip broke just out of warranty. We had to drain the mattress to be able to lift off bed so we could swap the mattress cover for a better quality one with tougher zips which was bought online from someone else costing exactly the same price including delivery. Aquaglow Waterbeds after sales customer service is appalling. Absolutely stupid as they won’t get any repeat custom from anyone who has any issues. I will never buy from them again & warn anyone else who may be considering going there to use a more reputable firm. This is definitely not one of them……

Under no circumstances should you deal with this company. My Parents contacted Aquaglow for a replacement mattress in good faith. They advised the company that they had a King size bed and they were advised that they needed a certain size, which was more expensive than the one they actually were enquiring about. Mattress arrived and not only was it too big, it also had a pin hole in it, rendering it useless. Aquaglow were contacted and their customer services were shocking and actually managed to blame my Parents for ordering the wrong size! They are now having to order another replacement mattress from an alternative supplier. Aquaglow are refusing to accept liability. Checked the size that they sent and it looks like it’s for an American Queen size bed. I’m assuming that this was excess stock that they have managed to off load onto my Parents (both Pensioners).
