This Company has all apects of engineering excellence well covered. From a super website with all necessary information documents through rapid delivery to comprehensive installation instructions their products are a pleasure to use. My intial shower unit last 25 years, and the replacement installation is eased by using similar fixing dimensions. Also Aqualisa service desk is staffed by real human beings who are polite and very helpful.

Overall the booking procedure for securing an engineer was adequate.
It took however a couple of days to secure connection with a service representative.
In the two days I did try to book, I was informed that waiting time on the phone would be 30 minutes, this increased as I waited on the phone. I hung up at this stage.
I would like to see the representative make the service booking, rather than having to wait for a call from the service team to book a convenient date/time.
This would streamline the entire process and keep the client happy.

Ease of ordering a new shower. Somewhat expensive, but it means that I will not have to replace any wall tiles.

Speaking to Lilly made an easy experience in arranging for an engineer to call to repair my Aqualisa shower. She was patient and understanding in me getting details of my problem across.
Contact was easy and my expectations were exceeded.

In less than 2 years the shower has needed three visits due to it not working (first was a couple of weeks after installation). The first Aqualisa last 9 years without problems, so we upgraded - big mistake. Our shower is one of the basic designs, but I feel over time they have become too complex. Will never buy another one. My TRITON JADE has lasted over 10 years...no isssues and a fraction of the cost. Whathappens after the gurantee runs out...I have to pay!

After a long wait in their call centre queue I used their call back service and got through to Wendy who was exceptionally efficient in dealing with my query.

Liam was very helpful when ordering my new shower. He was very clearly spoken, knowledgeable of the product, went through all the options and made the whole process very simple with no high pressure sell. I have had an Aqualisa shower for 14 years and it has been excellent.

Absolutely rubbish don't waste your time or money. Problem after Problem.

Having left a message requesting a call back regarding my request for an engineer’s visit to inspect and service, if necessary, my Aquilisa Quartz shower unit, I received the call after a short break. The call was handled efficiently, with great courtesy and understanding by Shenai for which I thank her sincerely for her help. I await a call to schedule said service visit in the fullness of time and hope the outcome is dealt with in the same enviable fashion.
