Terrible service

Terrible service, completely unreliable
Absolutely horrible experience with aquarelle.de. I placed an order on November 15th for delivery on November 19th for my sister’s birthday. The flowers did not arrive on the promised date.

On November 20th, I contacted customer service and was told they would be delivered that same day. This turned out to be completely false. The flowers finally arrived on November 21st, and they were wilted, old, and in unacceptable condition.

They completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my sister’s birthday. I requested a refund due to their failure to deliver on time and the poor quality of the flowers. This level of service is unacceptable. Zero professionalism, poor communication, and no respect for their customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Zero reliability

I knew Aquarelle FR, I expected the great same experience... What a mistake, the DE website accepted the order, took a photo, but then everything after is messy:
They never update the tracking page,
They say they sent a SMS to the recipient (never received),
They didn't even notify me about the failure to deliver,
Now when I reach them almost a week after expected delivery, they say it has been waiting at a random shop many kilometers away from the recipient.

What a terrible customer experience, especially considering it's not a free delivery service.

A very satisfying experience. Thank you!

I live in the USA and ordered online for a delivery to Couchey, France. It arrived on the day that I selected and they looked just like the picture. I was surprised at how much less expensive they were, including delivery, than in the USA.

Horrible Customer Service

Writing a bad review is not something I enjoy doing. I am in the States while my daughter has moved to Germany, a military family. Being away from home and dealing with something that no one should ever have to go through, I looked to this company to offer some comfort. I ordered a plant and added a candle to the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on January 11th. It never arrived. I contacted the company twice. Then my daughter was leaving for the weekend. I emailed them again and told them she would not be available to receive it. They agreed to reschedule the delivery for Monday. That didn't happen, the plant was delivered and left outside. When my daughter got home and opened the box the pot was shattered. I contacted the company and they offered to refund me 5 euros. I told them I would prefer they replace it as the gift was ruined. I will never recommend this company.

Very Disappointed

Very Disappointed. I arranged for flowers to be delivered on 24/8 for an anniversary. A photo was taken of the prepared flowers and sent at 7:49 am. The flowers were then not delivered. No text, no email, no phone call to me or the recipient. No communication at all. I chased up where they were. The response came late the next day after they were delivered late the following day. The flowers were by then already made up for over 24 hours. I was offered a refund of the delivery fee. No explanation was given. I think it was totally unacceptable as I would have cancelled the order and got someone else to do it on the day required. The use of "noreply" emails to complaints also makes it difficult to resolve.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. I sent flowers to my mum to an hotel where she was expending her birthday. They delivery guy arrived asked for my mum and the person in the reception didnt want to confirm if she was there. The delivery guy DIDNT CALL TO my mum in any moment. I tried to contact AQUARELLE by online form since their contact phone is a paid phone (902) in Spain and they answer almost 5 hours later with a very little message saying the delivery company will try again next day. NO ONE TRIED AGAIN, NO ONE CALLED TO MY MUM. My mum is already back at home, I sent another message through the form and they answered me the address was incorrect... That´s all... No trying to deliver again or offering any solution... So what happens with my 50 euros?

Absolut disaster

Absolut disaster. I placed an order for an expensive orchid which arrived completed destroyed – dried up and dead already and had been thrown around the delivery truck so badly that they were not even recognizable. The company apologized and made a second attempt, but only a week later, and this time even more horrifying – again destroyed orchids and thrown in a cheap vase (not potted). The experienced just caused pure embarrassment because not only they delivered dead and destroyed orchids TWICE but added a box of chocolate which is completely inappropriate as the order was for “sympathy”. Everything they promise on their page is false … 1. what you see is what you get  what was delivered was nothing like the picture, 2. Packaging and travel-fresh vase  more time dead flowers, broken vase, delivered in a paper cardboard box, 3. we send you a photo of your bouquet  I never got any pictures.
They ship these from somewhere in France and by the time the order arrives in Germany, it is days later and destroyed. A complete waste of time and money.

It's a shame !

I had a chocolate bouquet delivered in Germany. It arrived 3 days later and they did not even ring at the door ! They just left it in front of the house next to the trashbin!!!!
And I still have not managed to be reimbursed ! But I don't give up !

Such a shame

1 star is even too much for Aquarelle.
I got my roses three days later. It seems they drove my bouquet in a car all this time without water and oxygen, roses look awful. I can immediately trash them.
I feel so sorry for my family, who wanted to make me happy, but made me feel only shame.

I'm just sorry I did not see the trustpilot before I dealt with them, because I'm not the only one who complains about their services

Dreadful company . . .

Dreadful. Ordered roses for valentines present. Delivery went awol. They re delivered & again delivery went awol. Refund promised . .nothing materialised. What a shocking experience. Will never ever use this inept company again . . .

Flowers not fresh and never arrive on time

We ordered wedding bouquet gift via "Aquarelle.de" for our family to get delivered on Friday (order number 190077) flowers were not delivered on time, we were blamed at a time that no one was at home, which is lie. Flowers then were deliver only 4 days later on Tuesday. Flowers were completely dead. So after resolution and time wasted trying to get money back we were offered a gift woucher excluding postal cost 10euro. So we had to buy flowers again and pay extra 10 euro for second delivery. So in total we spend 50 euro! Chosen particular date for flowers to get delivered, asked family member to be at home all day. Today is saturday, the bouquet was not delivered again! Shall I also mention that before they post flowers they send photo of bouquet which didnt looked fresh anyway.
Never dealt with so unprofessional company in my life. Dont buy from them, just wasting your money and time!

Flowers dead within days

I bought what looked like a wonderful bouquet of roses for valentines days, they arrived as described but started wilting within days. I buy flowers all the time and they normally stay fresh 8-12 days. Wish I had ordered a local company now. I have been offered 15e return, on a voucher so I must use them again. The order cost me 39e in total!

Never again!!!! *UPDATED*

I ordered a plant one week before the valentines day to get it delivered a day before valentines day (just to prevent late delivery)
The plant was not delivered on the day I was promised, neither the day after and a week after they still did not deliver my order.

*just quick update: the plant is not delivered yet. I ordered it on 06/02/2017 and today is 24/02/2017.
I asked for a full refund.

An absolute disgrace!!

Let me start this off by saying that I have never written an online review of any product or service, good or bad... but this experience has been so utterly and unbelievably horrendous that I was driven to share it with others in the hopes of sparing them a similar fate. The rating system fails me on this one as one star is one star too many. I believe that Aquarelle's overall rating is inflated due to the fact that they cannot be rated a zero.

I ordered flowers on June 29 to be delivered on July 1 between 8:00-18:00. The flowers were meant to celebrate a big accomplishment and were a surprise to the recipient. That plan failed at about 8:15. I received the picture of my order from Aquarelle and clicked through the link 10 minutes after the e-mail came in. I was taken to a page which showed the order status as 'delivered' with a note 'damaged packaging'. I checked in with the recipient who was home and confirmed that he had not received anything. I then spent the rest of the day volleying e-mails back and forth with customer service who had nothing helpful or reassuring to say other than claiming "someone pressed a button by accident in our system" and then after being pressed further to provide an accurate order status urged me to follow up with the carrier. Of course they had no tracking number to provide for this purpose but told me that the carrier supposedly just needed to be told the Aquarelle order number. As you may expect, the carrier had no idea what I was talking about.

Fast forward to next morning (July 2) and countless hours of aggravation later, and the recipient not only has no flowers, but is begging me to give up and stop having him run out to check if they have magically been delivered. Totally unacceptable experience and I will be claiming back the full amount paid for a product and service which were not delivered. What a travesty of a business. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
