I’ve bought three batches of plants here now with a fourth batch on the way and the plants always arrive quickly and in excellent condition. They also respond extremely quickly to emails and have been able to cater to my indecisiveness allowing changes and cancellations to my orders before they are dispatched (and there haven’t been mistakes!)

I don't often leave reviews unless very impressed. I have used Aquarium Gardens for a couple of years now and they have never let me down.First class service . They are always willing to help and give advise . Plants are always in excellent condition and arrive when they say they will.

Excellent service, I messaged before ordering to get advice and they were very helpful, I ordered plants to be delivered to Northern Ireland and they were here in 48hrs, will be definitely be ordering again,

A few orders placed now & all I've had is top quality plants, delivered on time & well packed.
I did try a couple of other suppliers, paid more & received less. If I need more plants, or plant related items it will be from aquarium gardens.

So on the back of an unfortunate experience with Aquarium gardens the manager of the store took tike out of his busy day to contact me over the issue and assured me it would be rectified immediately and couldn't apologise enough. My order was replaced and to top quality. So fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend and will be using again. 5🌟

Absolutely the best plant supplier in the U.K.
I live on the Isle Of Man, and most shipped items from the mainland can take 4 days to arrive. Aquarium Gardens packed my plants so well that they arrived in perfect condition…better than the only corporate pet store we have here! I have a great collection of Cryptocoryne Plants now, none of which can be purchased here. I occasionally get a little leaf melt which is normal for moving Crypts, but all bounced back looking great! I can even grow Vallisneria now, which I had bought from other locations previously, and all melted and died. The Vallisneria from AG survive the trip, and are growing like weeds lol. I will never buy plants anywhere else now! Thank you Aquarium Gardens for great service!

Can’t speaking highly enough about this place. The customer service you receive is amazing. Twice now I have had support with ideas creating a scape and the knowledge and patience is unbelievable, even helping by taking things to the car. Their online orders are great too, very well packaged and arrive in good time. The shop is inspirational and their scapes are out of this world. You should visit this place just to say you’ve been.

Best place to buy anything for aquariums. They are actually better priced or better compared to other platforms like Amazon or eBay and I will tell you why:

you get more for your money, better quality and customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I have bought a heck of a lot of aquarium products over the years on various platforms and I will tell you from experience that you are better off avoiding “mainstream’ retailers, the quality is so below par and the plants usually melt or die or aren’t even what they are being sold as.

Aquarium Gardens is imo is THE TOP AQUARIUM retailer in the UK. The quality of all their products are excellent and they sell items you can’t find in the UK anywhere. I love their YouTube channel and follow them on instagram for maybe like 6 years now. I have most of my inspiration from them for various projects and I have like 6 planted tanks now. I learned so much from just watching their uploads and such that my own projects are now more successful.

Thank you Aquarium Gardens! You guys opened up a new world to me that has been incredibly beautiful over the years!

If you read this: please have a go at getting the Rotala Bonsai immersed before you sell it, because this plant is my nemesis. It’s my favourite plant ever and because I can only buy it in blister pots from tropica, I have had no luck getting it to grow. Can’t buy it in immersed form anywhere and I believe it would root from that form better. I have got co2, etc. i have tried RO water also and supplements. It would make my world to try it in the immersed form. So if you can please do!

Over the years I have tried various companies and various plants for my aquarium. At last I have found the best ever company. Their website is amazing, especially for beginners as they have so much information on how to set up and maintain a healthy tank. The range of plants is amazing, great prices too.
Since using Aquarium Gardens I have noticed a huge change in my tank, healthy plants, at last, loads of info on foods for plants and fish as well as things to keep your aquarium healthy.

This company is great. I've made several orders with them and they have been top notch. Their plants are top quality and are always packaged well. Their customer service is great. When you need to change an order they change it. When items are out of stock you can email them with a list and they will satisfy it. When you order it is shipped and delivered very well with no hiccups. I will only buy aquarium plants from them as they are so good. Thanks guys.

This company is absolutely brilliant!
When I phoned them four weeks ago I was a complete beginner but took up their offer to come and visit them in Huntingdon to have 'Aquascaping' explained and to ask any questions.
Tom spent over two hours showing me their outstanding Aquascapes and answering questions and by the time I left I knew 90% of what I needed know to get started. I found out that much of what I thought I knew needed (very politely - I almost didn't notice;-) correcting.
After several follow up emails and phone calls I have just completed my first aquascape and, thanks to their guidance and their super plants and equipment, I'm really pleased with it.
Steven, Tom and Dave are so friendly and helpful. I only wish I lived as near as George Farmer does to them!

I’m impressed with the quality of the plants. I don’t normally purchase plants online because I want to pick the pretties and strongest in person as I’m very picky ahah. I gave it a try and all the plants I received were amazing!! Much better than those you see in the fish stores around London. The aquascapes they create in this place definitely reflect the love they have for the hobby and the aquatic plants.

The quality of the scapes in the showroom are amazing and great for inspiration, their selection of everything from hardscape to tools are high quality and readily available. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Looking forward to going back for some plants,could not recommend this place enough.
