We've had Chris and his guys clean our windows since we moved in 8 years ago. They are dependable - always giving 24-48 hours notice of a visit. I would recommend them.

Chris cleaned my Mother’s windows in Marlow for years and she always found him and his team to be super efficient, personable and good value!
I was so pleased when Chris agreed to come to Henley to clean my windows, as he’s so reliable, efficient and a lovely chap! He occasionally cleans the inside windows, gutters, soffits, facia and a flat roof area too. Nothing is too much trouble and I get a courtesy text the night before as a reminder, which is always helpful…Would highly recommend…

We've been using Aquarius for a while now, always do a great job, reliable and good value for money. They're also efficient so don't need an hour to get your windows done but quality doesn't suffer. Highly recommended.

Very thorough - gives a heads up by text the day before to confirm approx time when they will be coming. Quality work, wipe splashes from window sills, very courteous. Happy to recommend.

I have been using Chris and his team monthly for many years and found them extremely satisfactory and helpful. Apart from cleaning the windows, I have had the guttering cleaned occasionally.

I used this company for the first time, as they clean windows for my neighbour, and I struggle to clean my Velux windows in the roof. The gentleman in charge (the owner) came to my house, walked around and quoted me £25. He then arranged to visit the following Friday.
On the arranged day, I had not heard from him, so called, and left a message. he called around 2pm and it was clear he did not know who I was and from the way he was talking, it was clear that he had forgotten my appointment, but stated he would be with me within the hour. which he was. He was at my property for approximately 15 minutes and then
I saw him pack up. Because it was so quick I checked my Velux windows, to find they had not been touched. So without checking any further windows I mentioned it to him. He then stated he was not aware of any Velux windows, even though he had walked around my property and quoted me, the previous week. He seemed reluctant to do them and after I made it clear that I only hired him because he would do the windows I couldn't He made a few excuses as to why he might not be able to do them, and then retrieved a longer set of ladders off his car. He seemed to have problems making the ladder stable, as he was on his own, which resulted in it failing to reach the windows fully. He then knocked on my door, stated he was finished and then asked for £40!!!
I went upstairs to find one of the windows only 3/4 cleaned and the other with remaining specks.
When I challenged the new price and quality of the cleaning he became defensive and blamed the cleanliness of the window, the fact his ladder could not reach and it was dangerous, and that I would struggle to find another window cleaner to do it for less. He would not take responsibility for the original quote, and would only agree to taking off £5.
After he left, I then found one other window that had not been cleaned and four others with dirty smears on, or around the edges of them,. Which I have had to correct and do myself. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and the attitude of the gentleman, who I believe is the owner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. It was a very unpleasant and awkward experience, and I felt bullied and conned into paying for shoddy, unfinished work.
