Originally bought mine from Argos and all was ok, they suddenly recalled it as no retailer stocks up anymore. Ordered online and firstly, it runs out quickly and also I developed mouth ulcers and swollen gums which I've had to take antibiotics for. I've tried others but this is the one I'm used to. Quite a shame the ones I bought from their website affected me this bad. Did I also mention it was leaking? I bought 5 packs. The pod leaked directly in my mind.

problem but sorted quickly
Had a problem with the coils for the series 5 - great customer service from Laura and Sam - turned out to be a dodgy batch of coils and they kindly sent me some to compensate for the ones that didn’t work. If you have a problem I can highly recommend contacting them.
