Bought an aquavape cig from my local store and then they decided to discontinue the range which meant i couldnt get replacement coils luckily i found aquavape website to order from cheaper as well. Ive tried quite a few e cigs and these are the best by far.

Started using it for the first time and it worked well with the 0.5 Sub coil and the regular 0.8 coil. Bought some new coils as was getting a burnt taste, but now when I try to suck/inhale, it’s as if it tightens up, stops allowing me to suck, very little smoke comes out and it tastes burnt. Rather annoying after buying 6 new coils for it and 2 new flavours.
But it was great whilst it was working.

What amazing customer service from aquavape. I ordered a series 3 kit which arrived faulty. I left an honest review of what I had recieved in terms of the device and how disappointed I had been. Never did I think that aquavape would not only offer me a full refund for the kit but also send me 6 free e liquids. Amazing service!! Even though I have lost faith in the series 3, I wouldnt hesitate to try another kit. Will continue to order from here. Thank you guys, if only other companies would take a leaf out of your book for customer service!!!

First time i have used. Ordering was straightforward enough but i was constantly getting pop ups to sign up to the news letter (which I had done already) and to confirm I was over 18 (which I had previously confirmed). It wasn't easy to enter the voucher codes. These can't be added during the checkout process which is a bit odd. You need to apply the voucher code through your account on the home screen (I think..was a couple of days ago). If these minor things could be correct would be much better experience.

Within a week of purchasing this product, the button fell out of the vape. This was annoying as if you wanted a hit you'd have to place the button in yourself. The button eventualy fell out and got lost, I created a makeshift one but it is just poor quality. Now, even with my makeshift button the device wont fire, no matter how I have tried to fix it, nothing happens. Very poorly made vape.

More expensive than my local shop, only ordered because I was not well, won’t use the service again. When the product arrived it was all in good condition, just quicker and cheaper if I pop to the shop myself.

"I got a series 4 aqua vape set to help me quit smoking. And it worked perfectly. Until i purchased a box of 3 coils. 2 of which turned out to not work? And in addition to that one of the two coils that come with the set did not work? I remained calm and ordered more coils online. This time all 3 of them did not work. Making me think that this might be a problem with the vape itself. If that is true it lasted less than 3 weeks before it stopped working

I recently had an issue with my unit I had bought from Asda and they would not allow me to return it however, after being contacted by the Aquavape customer service team I cannot fault them one single bit. Great product and outstanding customer services, and a special thank you to Laura for her speedy response times and continues customer care. Defiantly recommended.

Good quality coils from Aqua Vape, security codes match, unlike mostly other companies that claim they are genuine and are only fakes with security numbers that certainly do not match. Coils are lasting me 3 weeks, absolutely the best quality coils i have bought. Would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Vape to anyone, and will be using this company for future orders again.

Items arrived quickly and correct. Very impressed so far.

Laura was great helping me fix my vape when it broke. Five star customer service, would recommend!
