Left the parcel half on the street without even knocking on my door. Only by chance I noticed it on the security camera so retrieved it quickly. As we have parcel theft in the area we were lucky.

1st & last time to use Aramex for international shipping

Tbh i dont even want to rate aramex delivery service 1 star.

This week would 2nd week waiting and going into 3rd week just for a parcel for international shipping.

I have been waiting like a fool when on the day itself updated to “out for delivery” when actually there’s no delivery.

There has been no calls prior to deliveries. After that status would be updated as “delivery attempt failed due to customer not around, delivery will be rescheduled” after aramex’s delivery working hours. I dont even know if you have actually came to the delivery address to deliver or didnt come and update as such.

The aramex app tracking also not accurate, should be updated progressively.

When i want to schedule for self pickup, it’s unable to be self pickup.

The shipping status tracking also not updated accurately.

Delivery timing also limited to weekdays 9am-6pm, saturdays 9am-5pm. Sundays and PH no deliveries. No flexible delivery timings.

When i called a day before to schedule for the next day’s delivery (which is today), aramex is unable to at least give an estimated time for delivery.

How disappointing and frustrating it is just to receive a parcel for international delivery.

My first and last time to use aramex as the international shipping.

Terrible service from Aramex South Africa

Terrible service from Aramex South Africa.

For a week my Amazon parcel has been marked "out for delivery" every single day, only to be returned to the branch at the end of the day with the reason "request for another day" — which I never requested.

Customer support is useless. Each time I call, the agents just repeat the same scripted response that the parcel will be delivered before the end of the day. It never happens.

The tracking updates are misleading and the support team clearly cannot resolve even a simple delivery issue. What should have been a straightforward courier delivery has turned into a week-long frustration.

6 weeks and no delivery...forced to fly home to collect to avoid destruction/auction og goods

Had a package delivered to Shop & Ship that had incorrect shipping number from sender and also too big for S&S to send.
Parcel arrived at depot on 19th January, numerous emails and calls, parcel still there on 23rd February as S&S had TWICE refused another courier to collect the bike on my behalf. At this point S&S/Aramex had made no attempt to either ship to me or return to the sender. I was then told that if the parcel was not collected within 30days it would be auctioned or destroyed. I was effectively blackmailed into paying a huge amount of money to fly to the UK from UAE to collect the bike myself.
Have complained to Directors office but Aramex have no interest in resolving my complaint with any sort of compensation for my time and expense.

Very bad service

I had a very, very bad experience with this service. They delivered my bank card three times, and each time the ID-checking device could not recognize my ID, so they did not hand over the card to me. Now I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

Meanwhile, today another courier (EMX) delivered a different bank card to me, and their device confirmed my ID and handed it over without any issue.

Aramex’s service is terrible, and their customer service is not responsive at all.

I want to give it Zero!! because it is very unreliable!!! waiting in vain for my shipment!!!
I dont recommend this company for urgent shipment purposes!!! if you're trying to ship your items and want it door to door, but eventually you will need to pick it up to their office you might want to try this shipment but if you want a more reliable and door to door shipment might look for another company!!! this company is trash!!!

My experience with Aramex has been incredibly frustrating.
They provide a delivery window of 9am–5pm, yet there is no proactive communication throughout the day. After waiting in all day with no updates, they attempted delivery an hour and a half outside of the stated timeframe.
Trying to contact customer service is equally difficult. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a human, and when you finally do get through, you’re repeatedly placed on hold for 10 minutes at a time while they “check the situation,” only to come back with no real update and ask to check again. This went on for something that should have been very simple — arranging a delivery time that matched the agreed instructions.
The lack of communication, accountability, and efficiency makes for a very poor customer experience. This level of service is disappointing and needs significant improvement.

Extremely poor customer service and…

Extremely poor customer service and communication problems
The delivery man also had a very bad attitude and very arrogant and not helpful.
Was waiting for my credit card delivery since morning and received missed calls while I was sleeping in the afternoon and the min I got up called back and he said he is far and I should go ahead and complain without the least hesitation and totally feeling less!
Then another nightmare of getting someone in the customer service which was so difficult and even live chat agent was not helpful at all after tons of efforts to get through!
honestly they should discontinue this delivery company who has such poor communication and difficult accessibility to reach out to any live agent! Plus they don't help the customer at all!

This is the worst carrier in the world

This is the worst carrier in the world. My package has been sitting at their facility since February 10th - it's been 15 days and they haven't delivered it! You can't get a hold of a person to talk to - when you call, you're on hold for more than 30 minutes; for WhatsApp chat, it's a bot. They've actually responded over email and I confirmed my address and phone number - this was more than 5 days ago and still no package! I've emailed them multiple times and they stopped responding.

Worst Possible Shipping Service

Hello, I need urgent help with shipment d21cac. It has been held at origin under “Fish & Wildlife” since 11–12 Feb with no proper resolution. I’ve opened multiple cases and received repeated generic replies. Please escalate to Operations/Compliance and provide a real update.
My shipment d21cac has been stuck for over 2 weeks and still no clear explanation or release timeline. Cases keep getting closed without resolution. Please have a supervisor contact me urgently.
I need immediate support on shipment d21cac (Fish & Wildlife hold). Your team keeps repeating “it will arrive today” but there is still no delivery and no actionable update. Please escalate this properly.
Very disappointed with the handling of shipment d21cac. Held since 11–12 Feb, no release, no split shipment option, no reroute option, and no proper reply despite multiple follow-ups. Please resolve this urgently.

I am very disappointed with Aramex

I am very disappointed with Aramex. Every shipment I send with them arrives damaged or completely broken. This has happened multiple times and has caused serious problems for my business.

The handling of fragile items is clearly not done with care. Despite proper packaging, the products still arrive in unacceptable condition.

I honestly do not recommend Aramex at all . If you are shipping fragile or valuable items, think twice before using this service.

Very frustrating experience.

Not recommended at all

Absolutely the worst shipping experience I have ever had. Using Aramex has cost me customers and severely damaged my business reputation. Nearly every order arrived broken, damaged, or completely unusable, and the boxes looked like they had been through a war zone. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed and strongly warn anyone against using this service.

Disgrace for Shipping Companies!

Ordered a laptop for work via their Shop and Ship service from the USA to NZ. Supposed to get the item in NZ within 10 working days, the package has been lying in their US warehouse now for three weeks. For the first two weeks I had no updates, no movements. Opened a case about a two weeks ago, didn't have a response until 2 days ago. Reached out to NZ Aramex team as well and they haven't been able to get a response from the US team. The official complaints email responded to me 6 days ago that they will get back to me when they get an update, nothing since.

Now after 3 weeks they are telling me that as their new address in now in Florida, the airlines they use don't ship items that has batteries which I've done previously (their old address was in NY) and they are trying to find alternatives. I needed the laptop for work and now i'm in a pickle. Absolute disgrace!
