Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Aramex delivery. The package was delivered, but the delivery driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no basic courtesy or customer service, which made the experience unpleasant. This is not the level of service expected from a reputed courier company. Aramex seriously needs to improve its delivery staff behavior and customer handling.” Shipment no 52077804413
Terrible
I'm not sure there is much point with a review, given the amount of 1 stars already received, but at least it might make me feel better.
I ordered a package over 1 month ago. Delivery from Sydney to Melbourne. Delivery ordinarily takes 2-3 days from Sydney Maximum.
I keep checking the system to see when it will be delivered, but they keep manipulating / changing the dates in their system. I've called 3 times to try and finalise the delivery date, but after being on hold for 30+ minutes, when I finally get on to someone, I get nowhere. Last week they told me I could collect from the Port Melbourne depot 'on Tuesday'. Today (Tuesday) I went there, only to be told it's at a different depot 1 hour away. I tried to arrange to change the delivery to my house (rather than the office as it's now closed) but they wanted more money to do it, and couldn't confirm a delivery date anyway.
It was a birthday present for my wife. I've missed her birthday, and now I've missed giving to her for Christmas as well.
NEVER use this company.
Avoid – Poor Service & Serious Security Concerns (PostNet & Aramex South Africa and UK)
I sent a parcel from South Africa to the UK on 01/12/25 and the experience has been appalling. Two different tracking barcodes were issued, causing confusion from the start.
While the parcel was in Aramex South Africa’s possession, one of my credit cards was used fraudulently (03/12/25 at 11:05). This was reported immediately, yet no meaningful action followed — a serious breach of data and personal security.
My RFID card protector was returned damaged, and responsibility was wrongly deflected. Communication throughout has been poor, and despite the delivery address being correct, I was later told contact details were missing and had to chase Aramex UK myself.
Damaged contents, fraud, delays, lack of accountability — yet I’m still expected to pay for this “service”.
I do not trust PostNet or Aramex and would not recommend either company based on my experience.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service, they don't answer and don't give you any details. My package was supposed to be delivered on 17 of December and has been in Bloemfontein for 3 days by now amd still not delivered. Really bad service, would not recommend.
There are much better competitors
I've been a SnS customer for nearly 2 decades in Dubai and I've now had enough. Packages arrive at addresses and aren't logged into accounts for days. What used to take 3 days now takes 7 to 10. It doesnt matter that I confirm my home delivery address when paying every package fees, I then receive messages that there are delays in delivery because of an issue with my address which is absolute nonsense. The app is pretty ineffective, the online chat takes 3 hours for anyone to answer - i am not kidding! Customer service don't seem to enjoy their job much and I don't blame them. I'm now heading to Emiratesdelivers. Same cost and they guarantee delivery in 3 to 4 days not a possible week or 2.
Aramex and Toys R Us Are The Worst Combo
Toys R Us and Aramex have the worst service, with no communication, followed by misinformation to try save their skin.
Over Black Friday I ordered nappies online, which were supposed to arrive about 7 days later, when these didn't arrive. It took us calling them to find out what the issue was. It turned out that between Toysrus and Aramex, they got the address wrong.
"Don't worry, we fixed it now, you'll get your order in 48 hours." This is when the lies and misinformation began.
Two days passed, still no communication from either. It's now about 10 days after the order was placed, we're nearing Christmas and no one has figured out how phones work on their side.
Now we explicitly request that they please phone before delivering, as we may not be home and they need a code to enter.
A week after they were meant to deliver, this is now after initial 10 days of endless failure to communicate, deliver and and send notifications. Toys R Us refers us to Aramex, who their supplier, not the place we ordered from and paid.
On 18 December, nearly a month after the order, Aramex sends a saying "your delivery was successfully dropped" or whatever they write. By now you're wondering if they called as we requested, well....I'm sorry to thwart your dreams, but no. They only receive calls, not make them. They take your money and make promises with no intentions of keeping them.
Here's the absolute cherry, they claimed the items were left with security but that's not true. And this we found out after we phoned them. The order still hasn't been delivered it's a few days before Christmas and we may never see our order or the money.
I wouldn't recommend anyone shop online from Toys R Us, and run for the hills if Aramex is involved.
The saga continues
I sent a parcel to Israel using the DPD air express option on Dec 11th. I was told it would take 3 - 7 days and would be there in time for Xmas. It arrived in Israel on the 14th and has been stuck there since. It's been a nightmare attempting to contact DPD. They asked for the parcel tracking number which I gave, and a message came back, nothing found. Eventually I found a phone number and was able to talk to someone. They were unable to contact their partners in Israel. E mails had gone unanswered. My parcel is still stuck in customs almost 28 days after posting. I have requested a part or full refund. Don't make the mistake of using these. It's 25th Feb 2026, and the parcel is still showing as being in customs. I called DPD who told me that their partners require an Israeli phone number and e mail address which I sent them in early January. Must have been a misprint 3 -7 months delivery looks more accurate.
Very disappointed with Aramex
Very disappointed with Aramex. It is extremely difficult to reach their customer support, and my parcel delivery took much longer than expected. Communication was poor, tracking information was unclear, and overall the service was frustrating and unreliable. I expected a better experience from a major courier company. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Appalling
Ordered a package which they said was undeliverable although I was home all day, no card left. I arranged re delivery online and with 3 phone calls, gave authorisation to leave at door. Re delivery also failed, again I was home all day and no card was left. When I called again they said the courier “hadn’t followed the instructions” but they could arrange re delivery again, I opted to pick up from depot (40 mins away). Terrible service, will never buy from a company that uses them again.
Send your package via a blind pigeon instead
I had been waiting on my parcel for some time and then when I had looked up the postal tracking I could see the delays, but that was not the issue as it is close to Christmas season. What annoyed me is they "attempted delivery", but the time and date shown I was working at my home office right next to my door buzzer and had received other deliveries that same day via other services.
They did not buzz and no card was left at all! I then called an found the most useless customer service to locate where my parcel was as the tracking had said it was now at a pick up point (some random business located 15min drive away) and it would take up to 3-4 business days for a re delivery. Now I have seen the company used to be Fastway, I understand they cost cut to have deliveries done by third party delivery services that often have no care and often lie about attempted deliveries. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Couriers can be a significant waste of…
Couriers can be a significant waste of time, especially when there are minor discrepancies in names, even when supported by Emirates ID and other documents.
Reaching customer service is challenging, and their assistance is often unhelpful.
I coordinated with the bank and received a call from an Aramex representative who mentioned that the files have been updated. However, I am still facing the same issue. Given that Aramex is a large company, it's surprising that there is no centralized system for notes and information verification.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience.
worts customer service ever
worts customer service ever. I’ve been receiving the same message since Sunday that my shipment is out for delivery but no one is contacting me. I tried to contact customer service, first no one answered then the lady was so mean and never contacted me back.
The worst courier on the planet
The worst courier on the planet. Uk shipper sent a small package and immediately triggered a payment request for customs. Paid in full. 3 day travel time to Dubai and then 8 consecutive days of e-mail messages stated package has arrived and is being prepared for delivery. The customer service phone defualts to SMS (no confirming SMS sent) and then whatsapp (no confirming whatsapp sent). E mail states response within 24 hours and no response to 4 e-mails sent. Chat does not work. Freezes and does not allow any further input. Bottom line they are holding the package with no apparent delivery planned and no way for customers to contact them. Absolute joke.
Do not ever use this company, you will regret it for the rest of your lives!
The worst customer service that I ever experienced in my entire life, no commitment, no meeting deadlines, no meeting customer's expectations, I wish I could rate them less than 1 if it is possible I would rate them -1000
The worst experience in my life
The worst experience in my life. I ordered something from IHerb and Aramex just hold it, they didn’t delivered, even when everything was already paid and I got another delivery 2 days ago from another shipping company with the same address without any problem. I tried to communicate with them several times as well, it’s very hard to contact them tho. Now looking for solutions, I saw that if I want to get my delivery I should change my delivery address and pay extra taxes to schedule my delivery again. what is this? It doesn’t make sense. I need an answer as soon as possible because I paid already my purchase and it’s medicine a need.
3rd class service...never use…
3rd class service...never use Aramex...so irresponsible...no update on phone..no update on registered case since last 1 month...
The worst delivery company I've been…
The worst delivery company I've been stuck with for some deliveries. First, there is my address attached to each shipment. They send me my very own address in a WhatsApp message, but always ask for my address. I don't understand the stupidity. Second, because I live further than the driver wants to travel, they will mark it as undeliverable. Lastly, the drivers claim to not have a card reader or change, if you have to pay fees, so they can keep the change for themselves. The "date of experience below" only captures the recent one and not the others times I've had issues. Unfortunately, I don't get to choose who Amazon uses for delivery.
You are lucky ai gave you one
You are lucky ai gave you one! I could’ve given you zero if I could.
This is the worst delivery service that ever existed. They do not attempt to deliver items. They rely on calling and if you don’t get to respond coz maybe you are busy, in a meeting or something else, they will not come. Despite you putting up a date and time of delivery. VERY STUPID SERVICE for a big company. What else? You reach out to them and their response time is 1.5 to 2 hours!
Aramex services are gradually becoming…
Aramex services are gradually becoming very bad as at this point they have the worst services as logistics and transport company as this is not my first bad experience with them .
I ordered a frame from an online platform and they paid Aramex to do the delivery to my Appartment .
So the driver calls “me am here at your door but no one is answering door , can I put the package here “
I said sure but please Send me a photo of this to confirm on the same you have called .
He didn’t send the photo and upon reaching home no package was delivered , I checked near apartments to if maybe mistakenly went to wrong room number but all in vein .
To cut the story shit I have contact Aramex several times they just keep saying delivered according to our system
The company has proof of collection but from stand. No proof of delivery .
