Despite a professional looking website, this is where any positive ends, as despite having clearly stated delivery times, the kit order failed to arrive. My calls were obviously being screened as whenever I called, I went straight through to answerphone but when I tried from another mobile, I got through immediately. I only wish they had been honest and said they could not deliver on time so I could have cancelled and perhaps sourced the kit elsewhere rather than saying on the Tuesday I could cancel and buy somewhere else when we left on the Thursday!! Probably no surprise that, after excuse upon excuse, the kit never arrived so a very disappointed U15s tour party. All in all an extremely disappointing and stressful experience never to be repeated as I shall certainly never use Aramis Rugby for future tours and suggest you look elsewhere too.

I contacted you many times before the due delivery date and you gave no indication that you would not be able to meet the required delivery date.
At no time did I use any abusive or threatening language as you state in your response - that is not how I conduct myself - and I am appalled that you are saying otherwise.
I stand by my review as it is based on my personal experience and your response sadly shows that you are not a company I would wish to do business with again.

Nikki, thank you for your review. We have been very clear with yourself from the start regrading our lead times. We have answered all your emails and calls patiently and professionally. We have explained all the recent hiccups to yourselves giving proof of dispatched orders with the tracking details. As manufacturers we are sometimes let into situations where we are unable to interfere with the working of external agencies like the couriers.
Our staff was subjected to extremely abusive and threatening language by yourselves as you refused to believe our truth and wanted us to give an answer you wanted. For the safety and mental wellbeing of our staff we have to sometimes take strong actions.
Along with yourselves there have been a few other clubs whose orders have been stuck with the couriers, they have been nothing but graceful about it all as they all understand that delay caused by delivery couriers is beyond the control of Aramis Rugby.
You have been fully refunded for your kit despite our company policy of no refunds for customized goods. The kit not taken by yourself has been donated to charity and will be making some kids very happy. They will in turn show massive gratitude and appreciation for our very hardworking, honest and courteous staff.
