You get your quotes and prices via sending in a list of what you need and a quote will be received. Despite my many changes to the list the responses by Terry in the office were quick and clear. He was extremely patient with me as I juggled and worked out what I needed. We don't all know exactly what we need from the get go and I'm spending my money, not a clients, so I didn't want to overcommit £'s or have to store stuff I didn't need. As I say, the front desk of 'Terry' was super helpful and patient, made me feel like they wanted my custom even though I'm a small consumer.
After that, the processing of my order, even through Covid-19 issues, was quick and I received my two separate orders within a few days of paying online.
The delivery chap could not have been more helpful or considerate.
The quality of the materials were every bit as good as other suppliers if not better and the prices were competitive; indeed, one of the best.
