Recommended by my neighbour and couldn't be more happy. We had 4 windows and back door fitted.
The fitters, Geraint and Anthony were excellent, they were very professional and did an excellent job after which they tidied up really well. Will be using A Rated again and are happy to recommend them.

Had all doors and windows replaced on 10th May 24.
A great job and as per the proposed time schedule.
Sales visit to the house, visit to the showroom to see samples of the items.
Final quotation agreed, survey completed a few days later.
Team arrived on 10th and work started 7.50am, it was well planned and organised. The work was neat and very professional, good finish and great job.
They tidied the site and cleared all the rubbish for recycling.
A very professional operation and we are pleased with the quality and total service.

We had a conservatory replaced with a solid roof. The work is excellent and as promised we don’t need a source of heat in the conservatory itself.

Had a warm roof fitted last year stunning job at a really competitive price very happy 😊

Used the company on my home, pleased with the work so used them on two other properties, no issues.

VERY DISSAPOINTED with this company. On the instalation day they had given they did not turn up or even phone to say they would not be installing. Phoned them all day with no answer then Could only get through to them on the sales phone line as they not answering their other phones.Was told they would look into it and get back to me, they did NOT get back to me. Finaly got hold of them again at the end of the day and was told they wouldnt be calling that day. I thnik I had ALREADY GUESSED that.They turned up the next day, Installed both the large windows but put a sheet of plywood in place of one of the paynes of glass as they " hadnt ordered it yet" ??. Then in the other window , the georgian bar glass was supposed to of been "like for like" to match the other existing windows. WRONG, the existing had 12 georgian bar squares, they installed 20 georgian bar squares. I had to then convince them that THEY had it wrong by showing photos of the window they had removed and pointing to the part where it plainly says on the invoice "like for like". It then took them another week to rectify THEIR mistake and change the georgian bar glass and remove the plywood and install the correct glass. Still NO appology from them. What a shame, as the windows seem ok but the actual firm is realy bad. I would definately NOT recommend them.
