I ordered a Christmas present for my son from here on December 4th, 2025. Finally, on December 17th I decided to contact them since I have not heard a thing about my order. Got a reply that they were out of stock and had no confirmed date on getting more. So they could've replied to me when I purchased this that they sold me something out of stock but I had to find out 2 weeks later when questioning where my order was!!!! Now Christmas is in a week EVERYWHERE is sold out of the gift I thought I got him!!! They also told me in the email that it will only be refunded if applicable, how is them selling me something sold out with no communication in 2 weeks not applicable for a refund???? NOT IMPRESSED at all with this store!

No communication and possibly scammed.

I made an order on Apr 6th, contacted twice through their web form to change/cancel it and no response, sent them an email to the address they gave me in the order receipt and no response yet.

Best of all, email says that order will be shipped no later than July 1, 3 months...

Due to this lack of communication I can no longer trust in this bussiness and just wish to permantently cancel the order.

I finally got my money back by contacting them on Instagram.

going to their stores is a waste of time, CD's drop by 80% in less than a year, many new release not available for month after their release date. Price pretty expensive (a 2 songs EP for 24$)

I waited 4+ months for my order to ship from these people. Then they cancelled it in mid-May. I got a refund for $110, when I paid them $145. I sent them a message detailing this. They never got back to me. Are these crooks?

The lies and bs of shipping my order is incredible. I'm a patient person but when your order confirmation email says by a certain date than the guy on the phone says within 24 hours and than within 48 hours and again within 48 hours which becomes 72 hours, you know this is a shaddy company to stay away from.

Trying to cancel and get my money back is like dealing with real scammers. Stay Away!!!
