Andy our salesman was very attentive
Our salesman Andy was very attentive and able to answer all of my many questions. He demonstrated the beds working for me and enabled me to have a go also.
He was very knowledgeable about the beds and showed me a variety of colours and fabrics each bed could come in.
He also allowed for many moments that my husband and I were alone to be able to discuss the options and try out some matreses.
We at no point felt under any pressure to buy, and we actually only went in to look. But Andy was so helpful we felt it would be silly not to buy.

My husband and I were very impressed by Jordan at the Livingston branch.He took time to listen to what we were looking to purchase within our budget. He then proceeded to show us how the company number ratings displayed on the mattresses worked. And any discount and promotions that were running..He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses, and made himself available to answer any questions during our time in the shop, without pressuring you or hanging over your shoulder. (Which we had experienced in the previous shop, it can put you off) Needless to say, we bought our mattress, mattress protector and some quality pillows. The delivery date offered was within a week so all in all a good experience. I would recommend!

Providing a great quality product, and staff are very experienced. Customer service was amazing, and made the whole shopping experience an absolute delight. I was originally just browsing, and I'm so glad I did Stevie definitely made the sale easy and gave me lots of information, which helped seal the deal. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy a tall, which has put me off purchasing item from other stores. He spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and giving me plenty of advice, which I really appreciated. Turns out I actually went for a better model than I orginal looked at. Absolutely stunning package, I can't wait until it is delivered. Stevie thank you so so much for all your help in getting me my luxury bed package at the best price.

My daughter recommended ARCHERS as she had bought a bed a year ago.
When we entered the store we we're given a warm welcome from a member of staff and when I explained I was looking for a mattress I was shown where they where and how the pricing worked.
There was no pressure to buy and was given the time to have a good look around.
After choosing a mattress the member of staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.
The delivery and uplift of old mattress was arranged at a very reasonable price.
Would not hesitate in using or recommending ARCHERS Clydebank.

Just had the most pleasant and exceptionally helpful experience at Archers on Prestwick Road . Jim organised things so that I could collect the exact single mattress from display at Kilmarnock. Needed a mattress that was aired out and clean as my daughter has allergies to the chemicals some mattresses are made with … couldn’t believe the bother he went too.

Expetience of buying an adjustable bed
This was my first time buying an adjustable bed the salesman took me through the whole experience answering all my questions and taking lots of time with me however the leaflet I received through my letterbox was not fully explicit when the sale price was given especially when you add on the price of the mattress then additional price for a headboard etc but I did get there in the end the other problem for me was that the delivery men would not dismantle my old bed having a disability makes that makes that part very difficult not everyone has family that can do that for them eventually I got round that problem but not before nearly cancelling my whole order which ended up quite pricey company should maybe put in some exceptions when it comes to helping to dismantle old mattresses and beds that are being recycled both members of staff very helpful though

Great service from Cairns!
Cairns was really pleasant, no pushy sales here! Just lots of knowledge, understanding and professionalism shown. As a result my parents came away with matching riser recliner chairs hitch suited their postural and functional needs. Everything explained well, no issues with VAT discounts, and pleasantly surprised the price worked out almost half of what a pushier mobility rep tried to sell them previously. The 30% discount extended made the deal super affordable.
