Anthony was so helpful and patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Archers to friends and family. Your store was the first of many that we intended to go to, but we were so impressed that there was no need to go to anywhere else. We will certainly be back for future purchases.

Excellent customer service
We had a very positive experience at Archer’s in Hillington .we went to buy a new bed for daughter and ended up buying a new mattress for us too! Tom was an excellent sales assistant who was extremely helpful and explained mattress types really clearly and made the experience very straightforward. Great discount to ease payment plan. Excellent follow up customer service phonecall from Tom to confirm our order. Everything delivered as promised within the week and ideal to get old mattress uplifted . New mattress bliss and daughter delighted with her new bed .

Brilliant welcome from the girls…
Brilliant welcome from the girls Birkenshaw branch Uddingston. Lynn Horton provided myself with excellent knowledge of the products and helped me chose a mattress. A very engaging lady who was patient and understanding and took time to talk me through everything. Can’t praise her highly enough. A most pleasant and friendly process. Excellent staff at Clydebank
My husband and I walked into the Archers at Clydebank and were helped by Stuart Colquhoun. He was helpful and informative without being pushy, and gave us a good deal on a new bedframe and mattress that we wouldn’t have found online.

The staff were so helpful in choosing a mattress for me i picked one but got told to try another one and was more comfortable. Grant and Harry couldn't do enough for me so happy with this service. I only have to wait 2 weeks for delivery and they will let me know the day before what time they will be coming. Thank you again for your help.

Spoiled for choice!
Couldn’t believe the amount of choice and options for choosing a new mattress! Michelle at the Cumbernauld store was great she was happy to answer any questions, explained how the pricing worked and what discounts were available. She then left us to take our time selecting the right mattress. I had a discount leaflet which saved us money on delivery and recycling.
