Late and badly damaged delivery

The delivery was late by more than 1 month and once I got the furniture it was badly damaged. All I got was a menial refund and replacement of the pieces... I think this is a bad customer service. You should put the customer first.

We apologize for the delay but we want to point out that we are resellers so our products do not come from a pre-existing stock. Production delays might occur.

When our logistics team received your order from the manufacturer, they encountered some defects so we promptly notified you about the situation by sending you detailed pictures of the faults.

You agreed to receive the article as it was, while waiting for the replacement piece to arrive early April.

Once you received the tv stand, you found more faults in another section of the product so we asked you for more information and photos and you sent us a couple of pictures without providing any picture of the pacakaging, as requested by our insurance company in order to file a claim.

Nevertheless we asked the manufacturer to put in production a new spare part to replace the defected one and we also offered you a partial compensation for the inconvenience and wait, that you accepted.

In conclusion, we have tried to be as transparent as possible with you about the whole process of your order so we are very sorry that all our efforts were not appreciated.

Please accept our sincere apologies again. Soon you will receive the new parts of your product.

We thank you for your patience again and stay at your disposal.

Never sends BIM/CAD on any of the…

Never sends BIM/CAD on any of the products online.
I have requested time and time again and feel as if this needs to be sorted out.
I am a 3D Artist and need to use specific products in my clients scene. Normally I can only find the product on Archiproducts.
I have no problem with purchasing the model. However, I always have to request it and then never hear back.
Please just make these models available for download off your site otherwise remove the request button as it is a pointless exercise.

Bad experiences and disappointing

Bad. The order was more than one month delay and the chair is very difficult to assemble. Now the top is the chair still cannot be fixed and we have paid 1499 euros for it.

great aftersales service

great costumer service! 3 Months ago i ordered two beautifull lamps, but the bases of the lamps were lost during the shipment. Due to the great customer service they were located fast and eventually the lamps were complete.

Door handles cannot be exchanged

I ordered some door handles.

The product page was poorly documented so I made a mistake and ordered a product that wasn't fully compatible with my doors.

Contacted customer service, I had to insist (sent 6 emails) to finally get a return form. Return (international shipping) is charged at customer cost. They do not accept exchanges, only full refunds and then you have to reorder, losing even more time.

Customer service not friendly, not arranging. Shady commercial tactics. Not the right level of service for a website that sells high-end products.

Don't recommend.

we are very sorry to read your negative comment. We received your messages and punctually provided you with all the information regarding the possibility to order a smaller version for the door nozzles and handle but it was never mentioned by us (or allowed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale) that there was a chance to replace the product ordered by mistake with another one fitting your needs. 
The products purchased on our portal do not come from an existing stock but are made to order, according to the finishes chosen by the customer upon purchase. A technical sheet with the handle sizes was available on our product page, and it was actually enough for you to check if it would have fitted your door. In addition to this, our sales assistants were available to provide you with all the additional details that could have helped you making the right choice about the product to be purchased. However, considering that it is human to make mistakes, we granted you the right to withdraw from your purchase, so that you could return the item and receive a full refund. Alternatively, we also proposed you to buy the smaller nozzle needed at a very discounted price (40% off RRP). You have simply rejected all the solutions to help you out for a mistake that is clearly not ours.
We are a solid company, with a transparent sales policy, to which all the operators must comply, and it is totally unacceptable or us to make an exception and bear direct costs because a customer is free, able, and willing to write a negative review on a public page.

We kindly invite you to consider the right of withdrawal and have decided to extend your option to 30 days, starting from the date of receipt, instead of 14 days granted by the law. Our customer service is always available for any additional details.

We've ordered Artemide's Cosmic Leaf…

We've ordered Artemide's Cosmic Leaf floor lamp.

We are not used to a delivery time beyond 1 month like in this case and when complaining about missing parts of the delivered lamp, it turned out that customer service did not know that this part was nothing else than the LED bulb, resulting in another week of waiting for this info.
On another note, it is somewhat embarrassing that a lamp beyond a price tag of 900 € does NOT include the LED bulb at 3.33% of this value. Also, as the designer of such a lamp, I would have a precise idea of the best-fitting color temperature of the light bulb and would not leave this up to the customer, which is another reason why we were surprised about the missing bulb.

DELAYED ORDERS AND NOW EVADING MY REFUND REQUEST?!

I have made 2 orders almost a month ago. Still no news of both my orders.
Proceeded to request for a refund of 1 of my orders 7 days ago only to receive automatic robot messages telling me about supplier delays, not attending to my issue and not confirming my refund.
I am fuming. Cancel the requested order immediately. And hire better customer service that will actually read customer requests and not send corporate copy-paste answers not even attending to my issue.

Unnaceptable.
