A positive experience throughout

Contacted customer services rather than using the on-line ordering system, provided the details of a previous order. Oil Booms aren't something we order on a regular basis and we require a quote to enable us to raise a purchase orders in advance of placing an order. Very fast response and ARCO even managed to source the items at a cheaper cost than the last order! Follow up call to check quote had been received and very quick delivery once the order had been placed. A positive experience throughout.

Poor service and poor customer service

Placed order 27/06/2025, advised delivery would be 02/07/2025, did not arrive.
queried my order via email on 02/07/2025, I received an email to say that my query will be responded to within 2 days, it wasn’t!, then I called and spoke to an customer service advisor on 08/07/2025 who advised that they would look into it with the warehouse ang get straight back to me, they didn’t get back to mei so I queried again via email on 10/07/2025, the following day I get an email advising me that they have cancelled my order as you have no stock, appalled!

Hardly good customer service is it?

Needless to say I won’t be using arco again

Do not order from here! Totally unfair and do not care about their customers!

I ordered 2 pairs of Snickers Work trousers and 1 pair of Snicker work shorts. Before purchase I consulted the Snickers sizing guide and identified my size, size 50. I found the correct size for the trousers, stated '35" 50' and found the correct size for the shorts, stated as just "50". Not 50" or 50W. As they are the same brand I ordered all what I thought was size 50 (Snickers size).
My order confirmation still only stated "50" but the sales acknowledgement stated "50W".
After the shorts arrived I tried to exchange them, they said it was a 3rd party vendor and they advise a 20% restocking fee.
So, I didn't think it was fair as the size wasn't clearly stated on the website before purchase and i only was able to identify the real size after receiving the sales acknowledgement. I sent in a formal complaint.
They replied with several irrelevant excuses such as their size guides don't display shorts (I didn't use Arco size guide as they aren't Arco clothing), they could've tried to amend the order if they were contacted in good time (but when challenged on that they couldn't give a specific length of time that is class as 'good time'), and finally they said "we would be charged for the shorts if they went back to our vendor therefore we have to pass this charge on to customers."
I don't think I will place any online orders with them again and I advise everyone who has taken the time to read this to do the same.

Placed order on line for workwear with new logo, system easy to use. The workwear arrived a week earlier than scheduled and the quality was amazing.
Would definitely recommend Trojan brand polo shirts.

Awful company avoid using them at all costs!!!!

Awful company and terrible experience ordering from them. Avoid using them at all costs!!!

I ordered 2 shirts from them 18 days ago after 1 week nothing being delivered no updates from Arco or any reply to my emails. I find that the parcel has been left at a FedEx depot in Croydon 2 hours drive from where I live. After driving to collect the package which turned out to be the wrong sizes. I request to return them and I’m told they are not stocked items from Arco and a request needs to be made in order for me to return them which will also incur a restocking fee. It’s been a complete disaster start to finish dealing with Arco. I will never use them again and advise anybody reading this review to stay well clear of this company at all costs!!!!
