Arco Zeus is trash with CANbus batteries

Bought the Arco Zeus for regulating my alternator with REC BMS controlled lithium batteries.
Turned out to be a big mistake. 100’s of euro’s of damage due to voltage spikes because the Zeus doesnt respond to BMS commands, either not at all or way too late.
Arco keeps telling they cant reproduce the problems and point in the direction of Victron. I Will take my losses and trash the Zeus after over 100hours of diagnosing the issue.
