I got it within a few days of purchasing which was fabulously fast delivery. I bought a Light my Fire Knife for a friend as a gift and he has very high standards of his tools and he was so happy with it, good quality, multi purpose and the size is very handy.

Very pleased with everything regarding ordering and delivery. Last time I ordered similar product it had to come from America and I was not sure it would arrive before I left for my holiday as it took weeks before it arrived . This product arrived more or less by return post. I have not used it yet as I am not going away until later in the year.

We had total access deliver training to us on site. the instructor was very knowledgeable and put the students at ease. The pace of the course was just right and practical demonstration left everyone feeling confident in the use of the equipment.

Order was delayed awaiting stock. Information concerning this could have been better provided. Overall, I got the impression that information wasn't moving effectively within Total Access, and as a result, I was not given a clear picture of what was going on.

Black Diamond z trekking poles. No carbide tips with them though product description from Black Diamond states clearly rubber and carbide tips included. Phoned up. Told your website did not specify carbide tips therefore no carbide tips. I could order from you at additional cost if wished. No thank you. The solution is easy. I will not buy from you again.

Used them before great to buy from helpful

Order for some Black Diamond walking poles placed Monday a.m. for express delivery - a little extra cost but promised on Tuesday as I needed the poles urgently for work. On Tues a.m. I got an email saying the poles would be delivered during the day - and giving a 60-minute time-slot for this. Item arrived as promised and on time meaning I wasn't sitting indoors twiddling thumbs and waiting un-necessarily. Great service - will definitely use again.
