I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Arden Chimney Sweeps. They undertake to arrive within half an hour of their appointment time and, once on site complete the chimney sweep with no fuss and no mess. They are obviously extremely competent and very easy to work with.

Liam the person who came to sweep my chimney and clean my wood burner was extremely punctual and professional
He did an excellent job and was very curtious and polite, and didn't make one bit of mess on my brand new carpet
Also Debbie the company administrator was an absolute joy to talk to when booking my appointment and is so helpful

Have used this local company a few times and service has always been great. they are professional, offer guidance and are very freindly. In addtion they always clean up after the job
Booked in January . did not turn up . booked again 5th May for 3pm confirmed twice by txt . 3.15 not turned up , rang them and they said maybe another 30 minutes no apology just excuses. Their time is very important, yours is worthless. too unreliable for me
