I had a transfer booked with this company in Portugal - they should collect us from Faro to take us to a hotel in Vilamoura, and then pick us up at the hotel to return us to the airport.

They collected at the airport - NOT in a luxury car as expected, in a Mercedes with a HUGE crack through the windscreen, not what I wanted to see when travelling with a 4 year old.

For the return from hotel to airport the following week, I called them the day before we were due to be picked to confirm the pick up, and they said it was all fine. No car arrived, had to call them 3 times only to then be told "No car is coming, get yourself a taxi and call Expedia for a refund" - she then slammed the phone down.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANYTHING BUT A LUXURY TRANSFER COMPANY! THE CARS AND DRIVERS ARE NOT LUXURY, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING. NO CAR WILL ARRIVE FOR YOU!!!!!

Absolutely unreliable. Booked pickup at 11.30 pm. Told to wait and wait. By 00.50 am We gave up.
