Why do I need to "activate" a voucher to use it online, hung up on by Customer Service absolute joke
Received 2 physical vouchers and I'm unable to use them online despite using 1 in-store, never heard of having to ring customer service to activate a voucher before in my life pure nonsense.
Waiting to get through to someone for 10 minutes and I was hung up on automatically!
