ARIAT have had a shirt I returned the same day ,it was delivered to myself , I returned it on the 10/3/26 and it is now the 25/3/26 and I am still awaiting my refund, even though I paid for two shirts and returned one that was too large, they have not replied to phone calls or emails and people need to be aware of the arrogance this company use in their shabby approach to customer support . They were extra speedy to take my money but certainly snail like in refunding ,consumers need to avoid companies such as these I certainly wont purchase from them again which I had intentions of previously . But customers be warned VERY POOR AFTER SERVICES

Not Trustworty
In short, multiple shipping delays on items that were supposed to be in stock. And their refund/exchange policy is not what was presented to me when I made an exchange. I like their clothing and boots for the most part, but I will never do business on their website again.

Ariat has a well tuned customer management experience.
They are above and beyond and if you allow them to they just may exceed your expectation, especially if you have tried other shoe retailers.
My advice? Find a retail store in their distribution network of store. Go on the ariat.com web page and find one and go try them on!
Then you can order with confidence and assurance of the best selection and delivery service is and was and has been flawless.

A great boot for an amputee.
I am an above the knee amputee. I would highly recommend the Primetime EZ zip boot for anyone who want to wear REAL boots, especially if they wear any lower extremity prosthetic equipment. This boot is also a plus if you have a high arch. The boot was packaged as if it were delivered directly off the assembly line. The delivery arrived before noon on the day of delivery, by FedEx. I received confirmation during shipping and the minute it had arrived. Thank you and I appreciate the entire experience from the search to the delivery.

Broken zip on coat with no offer of replacement or advice on where to find one
I have used Ariat as a reliable brand for many years and love their products. However, I spent over £200 on a coat approximately 12 months ago for the bottom of the zip to break. I contacted customer service and have been told they can’t repair the coat or assist me in finding a replacement zip. Due to the zip being unique (waterproof + reflective), I am unable to find any online and am therefore stuck with an expensive coat I can’t wear. It appears they offer replacement zips for footwear and boots however.. Disappointed to say the least and will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Reading all the negative reviews nearly made me cancel my order , I’m so glad I didn’t I’m delighted with my boots , so much so I’ve ordered another pair.
Customer service were very helpful when my order wasn’t processed straight away it’s because I hadn’t confirmed it properly.
I nearly didn’t as like I said above the reviews are generally bad.
My boots arrived within 2 days and they beautifully packaged and exactly as pictured.

Still waiting for my order no one knows anything. It’s been almost a month. they first said I must’ve put in a wrong address. I read it back perfectly and they acknowledged it was the correct address. Then they said well we’re out of that item. Very poor communication I don’t have any of idea of what really happened. I have requested a refund. Not impressed with their customer service and I would be afraid to order from them again.

For problem feet and wester boots
I have arthritis in both my feet and have tried multiple name brand western men's footwear products in the past years.
There is just something about Ariat western and hiking boot footwear that gets, wears, and looks great on my feet.
I wear R toe Ariat western boots and I'm on my fourth pair starting in 2016. I get the heel pads change when they wear, and they just keep on running.

Last year I purchased a pair of…
Last year I purchased a pair of Activator Work Boots that were, without question, the most comfortable work boots I’ve ever owned. I can spend long hours on my feet at the machine, and they performed exactly as I hoped.
After about a month of use, however, the rear sole began coming unglued. For a $200 pair of boots, I didn’t feel that was reasonable, so I submitted a warranty request through your website but never received a response.
While attending a work event in Las Vegas, I visited one of your retail stores and showed them the boots. The staff there were excellent—very helpful and apologetic—and they exchanged the boots for another model since they didn’t carry the Activators in stock. I appreciated their effort, but I ultimately ended up with a pair I didn’t really want.
I’ve owned many pairs of your boots over the years and have never had an issue, which is why this experience stood out. I was hoping the warranty process could have been handled a bit differently.
For what it’s worth, I did buy another pair of Activators afterward, and they’ve been great with no problems.
