Do not plan to buy anything from them anymore, things are over price the quality doesn’t match up with the price, just putting things in a boutique like environment doesn’t mean you can charge a premium if customer service and quality is bad.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went into their store for the first time, and 2 young girls who worked there looked at me, laughed, and kept talking to each other. There was ONE guy who was really nice. When he found out that it was my first time in Aritzia though, he immediately told me that this store was overpriced, overrated and not size inclusive. He literally said "girl, don't waste your money here". I still shopped around, and as a curvy girl I can confirm, this isn't a size friendly store. I fit in most XL-XXL's, but not there apparently. Also, I don't know how they can charge almost 200$ for a dress that isn't good quality at all, and that I've seen better versions of at other stores for way less. Never again. But I mean, if you're skinny, ignorant and rude... you'll feel right at home I'm sure.
The employees…
The employees are waiting their time! They turn around, talk between each other, we de ont know who is a client and who is an employee!!! I hate that they don’t ask you if you need help! Just going around the store! They need adults to guide them!

I had an item go missing in my order. I emailed customer service and yes it took a week of back and forth emails but I am happy to say everything is resolved and they did credit me back the $$$

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering products from Aritzia.
Twice I tried to order from this website, worst customer experience ever, they give you a incident # to call them about but the operator on the other end is not able to answer any questions, they use big words like cadence and supervisory reviews. The second time they charged my cc, they emailed me and asked me when did I move into my present home???? I cancelled my order and will never entertain shopping with them again.
Some items WAY overpriced
I have bought a few very nice items from the Aritzia store (no experience shopping online, so can't speak to that or to their customer service, which another reviewer was unhappy about), but just generally feel that SOME of their items are ridiculously overpriced. At a major discount retailer that sells everything (and starts with a "T"), I found a near-identical copy of a puff-sleeved, tiered cotton dress for $35, which at Aritzia was selling for $178! A common, tiered cotton dress with puff sleeves just shouldn't cost $178! So, be selective: If it's a run-of-the-mill design and cotton, etc., shop around; otherwise, you may be throwing away hard-earned money for an item that's only going to last a season, so why spend so much?
Buyer Beware - Clothes on website often not in stock
Clothes are good quality but unfortunately items sold on the website are not always in stock. They will charge you and only send a partial order (happened every time we've ordered from the company). Customer service is virtually non existent and emails read like they are written by a mean teen.
AVOID at all costs if you value your time & money!
I’ve been going back and forth with this company for nearly two months now about an order placed back in December. I did not receive my parcel and it was only until I contacted them about this that they decided to inform me that one of my items was lost in transit and the other had an inventory error. So I had a replacement apparently sent out to me with ‘express shipping’ and I still have not received anything nor any tracking info at all. This company deals with their customers problems by ignoring them and pretending they are not there. Now after demanding a refund of my money they have told me my item was delivered yesterday to my address, and when i’ve put the shipping code in it says it was delivered to an address at the other side of the country!! I am appalled by how poor this company’s customer service is, this has been the most drawn out process for an online order ever. Do NOT buy from here if you value your time or money.

Ya I'm easy going. I have never written a bad review however everything about this business from the product to the harassment of the (probably) underpaid clerks that work there is just not worth it. Honestly I would rather buy socks at Target. Don't waste your money or be treated like s*** at this place. Sisters, were better then this.x

Mean Girls
A company that loves their way of doing customer service more thank actually doing customer service. They get off to their own ideologies and have blind faith in their own culture. They are in love with their own customers service modules instead of actually helping customers. They make money not because of their customers service but despite it. They have good marketing and are the only contenders in their niche. That’s why the do well. The customer service training presented by Pippa is outdated and ridiculous as I don’t believe she has worked in a store since the 90s. However every manager believes they are gonna be the next Pippa. So the follow along blindly lie to staff and bully ppl.

The worst. Please stay away from purchasing anything from them. Not one piece of clothing worth the headache dealing with them. Took my money, never received the order, it’s going on 20 days me asking them for refund.

I ordered from Germany and I knew it would be a little difficult. First I forgot a letter in my emailadress, so I didn’t get a confirmation email. I emailed the customer service and I got a response after a day:)
Then the tracking was difficult and I got a notification that my package was at a pick up point but I didn‘t get any information from my DHL where it was. I emailed atrizia again and they imediatly figured it out for me.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I really had a positive experience with the customer service, thank you:)

Appalling customer service. Took 400 pounds of my hard earned money. My coat never arrived. They then refused to refund the money as they couldn’t locate the coat.

Aritzia is the most unprofessional brand/ company i ever seen, why you may ask? They are fatphobic and so are their employees rude and fatphobic! There was a girl making a video on TikTok talking about aritzia employees bodyshaming her and others girls where posting about their experience too and everyone went to their page to say speak about it what's happening, But they never did and just Ignore the comments about it and they also respons to other comments it's happend in end december.

Honestly the most shocking and…
Honestly the most shocking and appalling customer facing brand. I am not a big fan of Aritzia as I feel their clothes are overpriced and overhyped. However in Black Friday I ordered a couple of coats from different websites, there was a very specific coat that I wanted and it looked like Aritzia had one that matched so I thought i would try it. I ordered it not realising that they have a ‘sale’ return policy and you cannot get a refund. This seems to be a common complaint and when I mentioned it to friends they were also unaware and shocked. This should be something clearly stated everywhere all over their site if they are going to have such awful terms. I now have a gift card worth $300 for a store that I never want to shop in again.
