Excellent Service
Excellent service.I had a small complaint about the packaging.Some of the stitching on the bag of birdseed had come undone so some of the seed had spilled into the outer box.I notified customer service and the problem was very quickly rectified.Can’t fault this company.

Company promise not quite as advertised
Problems returning goods under their 'promise' seems like if you have opened the bag, they will not refund goods, so 'what ever reason' does not always apply. I had hedgehog food which are large pellets and hedgehogs would not touch. Please be aware, their promise is not quite as stated.

Brilliant Products
I love the bird seed mixes that combine Advit-a vitamin supplement that it is already added to some of their bird seed mixes.
Their Premium Songbird Mix is THE best product I have found anywhere both on and off line.
The variety of nuts for wildlife is superb with some having the option of being in the shell or not.
Order received very quickly and well packed.
Prices are reasonable too!
