Terrible product electric fire, still in warranty but Homebase don’t want to know and Arlec customer service are not replying either.

Broke AC no customer service…
Purchased a portable air conditioning unit. Used 6 times and it broke. No longer works. All arlec say is it’s out of warranty period, buy another one. 6 times it was used in 12 months. No customer service. No help. Awful company. Avoid at all costs

Overpriced throwaway lights
Their products are an overpriced con. The Ironhorse work lights are built to withstand nuclear war but you can’t change the bulb when goes, and will, just after the one year warranty runs out. Crazy horse money for disposable goods.
