We would gladly recommend Arleta to anyone. We got pregnant on the first try. We are having twins. Thank you Dr. Jiří Doležal for making it happen. He cares deeply about his work, excellent and professional. All in all we 100% recommend this Clinic.

We cannot praise Arleta enough because of their unique way of making you feel like the most important couple of all.

Having Embryo Donation was a huge step for us and I received no end of answers to my no end of questions! as well as reassurance when I was worried or concerned.

We chose to have a few days holiday before the transfer went ahead and we were met at the airport, given an impromptu tour of Prague at night and driven to Arleta's apartment, which was stunning!

For me the biggest thing which stands out about Arleta is how kind they are in the way they treat you and speak to you. This is so important on such a stressful journey towards IVF, Egg Donation or Embryo Donation.

Obviously the cost of treatment with Arleta is also an advantage, but compared with the 'business driven' approach of other UK private clinics I have spoken to , I would say they put people not money, at the forefront of their ethos.

In terms of success - we are now in our 2 week wait after undergoing frozen embryo transfer last week, so we shall see! The embryo transfereed was of excellent quality and Day 5. The procedure was pain free and done very efficiently.The clinic itself is beautiful with peaceful gardens and a fantastic park nearby.

Special mentions must go to Tom who oversees everything at Arleta and makes sure it all goes incredibly smoothly and Michaela who was my nurse at Arleta, both of them went above and beyond their remit to make us feel happy and secure.

We can't recommend them enough!

We went to Arleta for our first treatment abroad and we can't find the words to describe how polite, helpful and well qualified everyone was. First of all, the treatment was successful and now we are waiting for our twins!!
Everyone was eager to help us with the transportation, the accommodation and of course the medical procedures, Michaela, Tom and Dr. Dolezal were all wonderful. Also the communication during the time between the two visits was great, you have already the medication package and all the instructions so you don't have to worry. Michaela and Tom did everything they could to help us make the arrangements for our second visit and we had a lunch treat in a wonderful restaurant near the clinic.
We would recomment this clinic to everyone. Thank you Arleta.

I can highly recommend Arleta for fertility treatment, even though I'm not sure of my result yet. Everything went smooth and I felt secure and was taking care of during the whole journey.

A friend who had been through IVF recommended Arleta to us, after we had given up hope. We were drained after 5 other attempts (IVF and IUI), both emotionally and financially. To be honest the idea of traveling to Prague seems like chasing a pipe dream, and that we should concentrate on gracefully accepting fate, yet something pushed us to look a little more into Arleta. I looked into Spain but it felt very impersonal, and I had had enough of being treated like cattle. I wrote an email to Arleta, and filled out the questionnaire that was sent attached to a very professional and kind letter. Without even realizing it, the ball was rolling and we found ourselves on a plane for an initial consultation with Dr Dolezal. We were venturing into unchartered territory for us, neither of us spoke the language or knew the area. Everything was unfamiliar. However, we were greeted at the airport by Tom, a name that will come up in every review, because he is such an important part of the whole process. He was welcoming and very helpful and brought us to our accommodation (a very comfortable apartment in centre Prague) which was perfect. Any questions were answered truthfully and directly. We immediately went to the clinic and met with Dr Dolezal, after meeting Mikaela for the first time. She was our correspondent, and from start to finish, has ALWAYS replied to my panicked questions, reassured me in moments of doubt and shared in our joy when the second beta test confirmed that we were pregnant, against all hopes and expectations. We also got a mail from Tom, who was also very genuinely happy for us.
We are in our sixth week now, and are keeping every single crossable part of our bodies crossed, hoping for a good scan in 6 weeks. No matter what the result, Arleta and the team did whatever was possible to make us arrive where we are now. The care, concern, advice, honesty and humanity was so above any other clinic I have attended, and I went to the best, traveling to my countries capital and visiting leading experts. I was nothing more than a number there. The difference between Arleta and the other clinics I visited and used is day and night, without exaggerating.

I can only recommend them to anyone, and to you, reading this, looking for some hope, believe me, I know where you are coming from, I was there. I have never had a positive pregnancy test, in nearly three years of trying. But even if I did not, I would still maintain that these people will take care of you, and do everything in their power to help your dreams come true.

Why did my wife and I choose Arleta? I contacted a few UK based IVF providers and I was shocked at their don't care response, assumptions, prices and general attitude. I got the impression that we were just a cash figure to them. As soon as I phoned Arleta's UK number I spoke to Tom Adamov who was collecting clients from Prague Airport at that moment, he said he would call me back in a couple of hours, which he did. From that moment on everyone at Arleta has done exactly what they said they would, which is a huge relief when you are caught up in the swirl of IVF uncertainty.

The main three people we dealt with are Tom Adamov, a cheerful man with very good English, Michaela (very kind with quite good English) and Dr Dolezal, whose English is not as good but we understood him and more importantly he understood us (and his English is so much better than my Czech!).

Dr Dolezal obviously cares deeply about his work. He sees it as a mission to perform carefully, professionally and to the best of his considerable ability. All the staff we met were really lovely, caring and compassionate; nurses, reception, cleaners, doctors - everyone cared. Any questions or problems we had were always answered or solved quickly. Their genuine care and attention was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble.

On our first trip we stayed in their apartment in Prague for a few days. Tom drove us to the clinic in Kostelec nad Orlici, which is about 2 hours east, for our appointment and tests with Dr Dolezal.

On our second trip, for embryo transfer we stayed in an apartment at the clinic, quiet, clean and comfortable like everything else. One night Dr Dolezal and his band were practicing for a gig downstairs, the reception area has great acoustics, so we had Simon and Garfunkel, trad jazz, the Girl from Ipanema wafting up the stairwell to our flat!

We are back in the UK now, a week away from a pregnancy test. Arleta have done everything possible to ensure it's a positive one. I repeat: I cannot recommend Arleta highly enough.

We investigated a lot of companies abroad for IVF. We selected Arleta, based on previous reviews from couples, success rates, and overall cost. Right from our initial enquiry to completion of our treatment we felt we were supported 100% all the time. Our questions , queries and any fears we had were always answered promptly and excellent guidance provided in relation to medication. We underwent 2 rounds of IVF and both resulted in positive pregnancies. Unfortunately the 1st pregnancy ended at 6 weeks, however our second resulted in the birth of our beautiful baby boy this September 2015. We cannot recommend this company and its staff highly enough - excellent, professional, and truly caring people.

A lot of contacts through email with a fantastic coordinator. Answered all questions. Two visits, both very secure. Picked up exactly in time, taken care of, with food and beverages. In the clinic, very professionel reception, welcoming. The doctor made a very professionel impression. It was easy to understand the doctor and easy to ask and have a discussion.
The choice of donor we left to the coordinator. Fantastic to be able to follow the embryos over the internet! Only two embryos of ten mature eggs survived and was high rated, I got those two, and now I am pregnant, very early, but yet! We have done several treatments in Sweden, one sucsessful, but several without result.

My result was not successful, but I still recommend the service. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom coordinates everything, no stress for you at all. I felt protected and cared for throughout. I would recommend to anyone. The clinic is clean and staff are really friendly and also know what they are doing.

I highly recommend Arleta IVF for all their help, care and support during our treatment. We were very well looked after during our visit to the Czech Republic and the Arleta clinic. We would like to compliment everyone in the Arleta team on the high standard of professional, efficient and friendly service. The whole process was a very positive experience.

Well as I write I am suffering with gestational diabetes, lack of sleep and swollen ankles but I couldn't be happier! I am 35 weeks pregnant after my FET.
I feel we've been lucky. My first fresh egg transfer failed and our last hope was these frozen eggs. I appreciate people try many more times.
After deciding to search for treatment abroad we looked at what felt like thousands of websites and options. We knew little. It felt risky but we decided on Arleta IVF after emailing them and receiving fast and informative email from Tom. We took a leap of faith.
He basically held our hands through the whole process. He is just a great person and I cant thank him enough for his support and kindness. He went above and beyond for us several times. The clinic too is professional yet friendly and we were taken care of throughout our visits. Mickaela looked after us post transfer and when I sent her
a panicked email one Saturday morning she contacted the doctor and came back to me within a couple of hours with reassurance and positive action.
I'm now looking forward to sending them a picture of our baby.

From the minute I made enquiries online I received an A1 service. I was promptly contacted by Arleta's representative Tom Adamov who responded to my queries efficiently and professionally. My husband and I travelled to Prague for the initial consultation and were taken exceptional care of by Tom who met us at the airport, drove us to our hotel and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The next day we were driven to the clinic where we met some of the friendly English speaking staff and Dr Dolezal. All were extremely professional and passionate about what they do. Dr Dolezal answered all our questions and did a thorough evaluation of our medical history before giving us advice about how to proceed. We felt confident as a result of this to go straight ahead and book a course of treatment there and then. When we returned several months later to have the treatment all our needs were met and we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. As a result of the treatment we have beautiful boy/girl twins who are now 8 months old. We found the whole experience to be seamless and supportive. Tom was always on hand to answer any concerns we had by telephone or email and then provided that very personal touch by looking after us during the whole of our stay in Prague on both occasions.Dr Dolezal is knowledgeable and highly skilled in his field which instilled the confidence in us to go ahead. The clinic itself is modern with all the latest equipment which gives you the best chance for a successful cycle of treatment. We would not hesitate in highly recommending Arleta to anyone. In fact we already have and two of our friends are also now undergoing treatment there. Thank you Arleta for giving us the family we waited so long for.

We definitely had mixed feelings about going abroad for fertility treatment but felt that our own country had given up on us and it was our only option to have the family that we desperately wanted. We did lots of research and finally concluded on Arleta. Everything about them seemed so easy as it came as a package, therefore taking away additional stress of finding flights, hotel etc. After speaking & emailing Tom, who was very helpful we decided that we would go for it. So we arrived in Prague & were met by Tom, it was a bit awkward at first but we all soon relaxed and Tom went out of his way to show us the amazing sights of Prague. The next morning we were collected by Tom & taken to the clinic to meet Dr Dozal & to have our treatment. Our expectations were exceeded, everything went smoothly & we were truly impressed. After the treatment Tom treated us to a traditional Czech lunch at a nearby resturant , which was lovely. All in all we 100% recommend this Clinic, it offers everything you need from comfort to expertise, experience & happy, friendly staff. We are now expecting our baby in December & couldn't be happier. Finally, our dreams have become a reality, with the help of Arleta.

We had two rounds of ICSI with Arleta and after an unsuccessful first round, the clinic were very supportive in discussing our options with us. After some changes to the medication we were hopeful that we would have more success with our second attempt. Michaela and Tom at the clinic were great at communicating the new medication schedule, when we would need to book our flights etc. It was great to be met at the airport by Tom and looked after by him more as a friend than as a client. We stayed at the apartment in Prague overnight. There is a nice restaurant close to the apartment which has very good food and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The next morning Tom took us to the clinic, ensuring we arrived at the right time and we were seen swiftly. The fab clinic staff (especially the lovely Rose) looked after me so well and kept my spirits up, and could not have done more for me. Tom then ensured we got back to the apartment quickly so I could sleep and recover. It was great to have our own space to relax and feel comfortable in, and definitely helped speed along my recovery. It was also great to have a well equipped kitchen to cook if we didn't fancy going out. The clinic has a fantastic web page with daily updates on how your eggs are developing, which really helped us stay positive in the 5 day wait. The night before the transfer we stayed at the clinic in the apartment which was great and a lovely change of scenery. The town where the clinic is, has a lovely little pizza restaurant and we enjoyed our evening there whilst feeling excited about the transfer the next day. The doctor talked to us (in spite of being very busy!) before the transfer and was pleased with the results of the changes to the medication and the outcome (we had 4 eggs at the correct stage of growth to choose from). All the staff were again very caring, reassuring and positive, which was lovely. Michaela particularly looked after us from start to finish of our journey and if we had questions or worries she would try to answer for us and if she needed to ask the doctor she would. We were given a new schedule for after the treatment and supporting medication to help maintain the pregnancy in the result of a positive test. I'm happy to say we got the positive result we were hoping for! We were recommended this clinic by my partner's friends who now have twins and although cautious at first we would now gladly recommend Arleta to anyone. We don't think you would get this level of care and attention in the UK, at either a private clinic or on the NHS. Fab service, fab treatment by all the staff and a very positive and happy experience. Thanks you Dr Dolezal, Tom, Michaela, Rose and all the staff that helped make our dreams come true!

Having had previous experience in the UK of fertility treatment we decided to look elsewhere. After hours of research and deliberation we opted for Arleta IVF. This was the best decision we could have taken. From the moment we stepped off the plane we were completely taken care of. Even the tiniest of detail was in place. Their care was second to none. From the lovely accommodation to the friendly staff at the clinic every step of our IVF journey was extremely well planned and completely relaxed. We would recommend Arleta IVF to anybody who wants a smooth hassle free clinical experience. Arleta deserves the 5 stars!

My experience with the Arleta Clinic in Czech, Dr. Dolezal, Tomas and the rest of the staff was wonderful!! They are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Dolezal is a wonderful Doctor! He makes you feel so at ease and makes sure you have all your questions answered. Very professional and in my opinion brilliant!! Tomas is an amazing resource for the Arleta team and all it's patients. He is helpful in any capacity from the very beginning. So willing to help in any way he can. The staff are so warm and friendly. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. We had 100% success and couldn't be happier!! Our overall experience was wonderful and I recommend Arleta to everyone who is struggling with infertility!!

Treated so well by all the staff at Arleta, felt like they truly cared about our treatment and experience. No stress, as Tom collected us from airport to hotel, and from hotel to clinic. Hotel is glorious with huge variety of breakfast food. Doctor really tries to find out reason for your infertility problems and helped us understand more about ours. I completely recommend Arleta.
