I have no hesitation in recommending Arlo & Jacob. From the knowledgeable showroom staff, to the continued clear online communication and the amazing delivery service with the most polite and courteous drivers. Extremely pleased with the experience and of course my beautiful furniture!

My wife & I started our ‘Sofa’ project back in July after putting it off for a number of months, anyway we started at the Bath A&J after visiting the Cotswold company and had decided on a sofa fabric/colour which we then discussed with Abi and the team at A&J , they were so helpful with fabrics /colours / sofa style.
We were both fans of the Otti until we saw the Finn and thought that was it , this is for us until we visited our local store at Ely (Jo was lovely) and saw the finny! 🙌🏼
So we chose the Finny in Aqua Velvet Hunter , grande & medium , delivered today by 2 really helpful and pleasant guys , lead time much shorter than advised & they look and feel stunning/ so comfortable !!

Great hand made British sofas. Excellent delivery service, really took the time to explain the care and place them where we wanted.

I had a very positive experience… the whole process was seemless and Jo, Phyllida and Zoe were all really easy to deal with and super friendly. They made the process enjoyable while also explaining everything thoroughly!

We have now had the corner sofa delivered and we are over the moon with the quality and how luxurious the sofa is.

The delivery was smooth and regular updates on delivery day and time.

We are extremely happy!!!

We visited the Clifton Arlo &Jacobs in Bristol a few times over the last few months and the store (layout, vibe etc), choice of furnishings and particularly the staff have always surpassed our expectations.

We bought a sofa, chair and scatter cushions yesterday and the service we received from Anna was absolutely first class. From the advice on colours, presenting the furniture in our home, through to the purchasing and delivery of the items, Anna was both super helpful and freely offered advice way beyond what you would expect someone just selling furniture to provide. This made a huge difference to us and helped us finally decide on our purchases.

If the chair and settee line up to the same quality as the staff and shop, I think we'll be very happy with our choices.

The customer service we received from Arlo and Jacob was exceptional. The sales reps in both the Islington and Ely branch were really helpful. The sofas are stunning and devinely comfortable so totally worth the money. We had a slight miscommunication with fillings for one of the sofas but Amanda looked into the matter so efficiently and professionally, that the matter was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend Arlo for anyone looking to furnish their home with quality sofas and am so glad that our fantastic interior designer- Studioseven interitors suggested this company. We bought 3 of them and no regrets!

Arlo & Jacob in Bath provided a very professional and friendly service , from the first day I walked into their showroom to each and every visit thereafter. We had a great experience from start to finish. Félix was extremely friendly and professional and spent a lot of time helping us to consider different options and giving sound advice. And when we came back to buy Elena helped us with great advice on colours and materials and then took us through the whole buying process painlessly.

This was an excellent experience end-to-end. I had been in and out of other sofa stores for about two years. When I visited Arlo & Jacob in Bath, everything fell perfectly into place. They had the smaller size sofa I wanted, they we were endlessly helpful about possible coverings, and waited patiently till my daughter could come and give a second-opinion comfort assessment. Placing the order, estimated and confirmed delivery dates all went exactly to plan, and the two delivery guys were on time, efficient and helpful, removed every trace of packaging, and added small extras like felt pads to the feet on my wooden floors. It wasn't cheap, but it absolutely delivered what I had paid for.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The in store team were great, delivery was immaculate, there was a tiny snag on one of the cushions and the team replaced without hesitation... and of course, the sofas are unbelievably comfy.

Our experience with Arlo & Jacob was amazing throughout and we are delighted with our lovely new sofas! Everything waas seamless and so professional, from the customer service we received from Jo and Zoe at the Bristol showroom, Siobhan in the delivery team and Ed and Ian on the actual day of delivery. Jo and Zoe took great care in advising us and went above and beyond our expectations with their professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge, ensuring that we were happy with our eventual choices in every respect. Siobhan kept us informed on the delivery throughout and Ed and Ian took great care in putting our sofas in place and advising us, they left everything immaculate as well!

The whole experience has been flawless. We were sofa hunting on a sofa shop next to Arlo and Jacob and by chance we saw the shop. Mame and Siobhan have followed us through the whole picking and ordering process. They were very quick and helpful in responding to questions and also made helpful suggestions. On the day of delivery Ed and Joe were great. They were super efficient in assembling the 2 sofas and show us few things regarding the sofas. The quality is great and we do love our 2 new sofas

Myself and my wife came down to the Chiswick shop and we met the lovely Matt. He was super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of really good advice.

He really knows his stuff and it was a lovely experience all round!

Ed abs Joe were very friendly. They told me everything that they were going to do. They also gave me tips on how to keep my sofa looking good. I think her name was Kay or Kate in the Islington branch who helped us to decide which sofa we were going to buy. Nothing was too much trouble for her even though we ordered on line from the outlet.

We've had fantastic experiences with Arlo & Jacob over the past year. We're delighted with the sofas we ordered back in January - we've been enjoying them over the last 6 months and they look as perfect as they did on day one. We recently ordered two more sofas and had a wonderful time choosing fabrics etc with Zoe, Anna and Jo - all are so experienced, helpful and great fun to work with. Thank you team Arlo & Jacob

A super enjoyable experience from start to finish. We were helped in the showroom by someone that clearly knew what they were talking about, every follow up arrived promptly when expected, any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The sofa was delivered on time and is super lovely. Good job all round.
