Faultless from start to finish
There are numerous options but the showroom staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding as we narrowed these down over a number of visits. (particularly Gill at Wilmslow). Communication re delivery was timely, with the original delivery date being met. The delivery team were friendly, efficient and on time to the minute. Other than two new sofas in our sitting room you wouldn't known the delivery team (Mark and Ian) had been. First class service at every step.

Wonderful service
The service from Arlo and Jacob has been 5 star. The experience from start to finish has been wonderful, from the moment I first met Gill and Rachel in the Wilmslow store to Mark and Ian delivering my furniture today. All staff were polite, friendly, helpful and courteous. Nothing has been too much trouble and the ladies I met in your show room have well and truly gone above and beyond for me.

Mark and Haydn offered an excellent service
Mark and Haydn offered me an excellent service this morning with a call an hour before delivery and then a v straightforward delivery/install of 2x sofas. They were very warm and friendly, and super professional in their considerations of getting the sofas into the lounge safely and left the 2 sofas beautifully installed with plumped up cushions! Great product great service
Fantastic product that we are looking to spending plenty of time on. Burnt orange colour has changed the look and feel of our room. Customer service excellent from store (Gina) to delivery. We have a complicated back entrance that Mark and Ian did a stellar job delivering into. Big thanks to them for setting us up - really efficient and friendly service - If only all services were like that!

Quality product and quality service
Elena and the team at Arlo & Jacob were amazing from our first visit through to our final order. A lovely store, beautiful product range and a very knowledgeable team giving great advice with patience and without pushiness, much needed when spending a lot of money on such an important piece of furniture for your home. Great in-store experience, tea, coffee, treats for the dog and kids, and also great follow up communication. We haven't received our sofa yet but have high hopes! Only 5 weeks from order to delivery too.
