We recently received our sofa from Arlo & Jacob and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone involved. Joe and Ed, who delivered our sofa, were exceptional — very professional, friendly, and kind throughout. We’d also like to thank Jess and Laura at the Solihull showroom for helping us choose the perfect comfy sofa and making the whole experience so enjoyable. Outstanding service all around. I purchased two sofas from Arlo and Jacob in April 2023, and we have been very happy with the quality and wear. However, recently we noticed a fault on one of the sofas. The support frame under the seat cushion was damaged, causing the seat to sag. I contacted A&J to see if they could help and was blown away by the after-service. They collected the sofa within a week and repaired it within two weeks.

We have been super impressed. Arlo & Jacob would be our first stop for a new sofa in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend Arlo & Jacob. From the moment we entered the store in Harrogate we felt welcomed and looked after. Alisha was knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would work for us. I appreciated the on-going communication to check specifications and finish. We then had our delivery as arranged by the excellent Ed and Carl, who left no rubbish behind, ensured our corner sofa was installed correctly and made sure we understood about care and how to unclipped each section safely. The sofa is superb, comfortable and fantastically well made. Thank you for helping bring our home alive.

We went into the St Albans store today looking to purchase a new sofa and Armchair We were immediately greeted by Mame who was amazing, highly knowledgeable on the product range and colours and provided us with all the details we needed to make a purchase.

We have had a really good experience with Arlo & Jacob. The team at the showroom in Islington were friendly and helpful and patiently answered all our questions. They were also very patient with our 6 years old twins who had to spend a long time in the showroom! The delivery team, Hayden and Nev, were also friendly and professional.

We recently purchased an armchair and two footstools from Arlo & Jacob in St Albans, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received and the products.

We met with Felix and Leanne when we visited the showroom at the end of March, who were both hugely knowledgeable about the products, and were incredibly helpful and patient when taking us through our various options. They were a pleasure to deal with, and myself and my wife were so impressed by their obvious enthusiasm for the company, and the products.

We ended up purchasing a Ferdinand armchair, and two matching footstools, which were delivered this week. The overall quality of the chair and footstools is of the highest order.

A special mention also to Mark and Ian who delivered the chair and footstools. Again, they were so easy to deal with, and hugely helpful. They assembled the parts that needed to be fitted onsite, took away all packaging, and gave us excellent advice on how to care for the products.

Everybody we dealt with during our Arlo & Jacob experience were a pleasure to deal with, and a credit to the company.

Really great experience with the delivery of our Arlo and Jacob sofa. Jamie and Michael effectively and accurately communicated their arrival time, and had the sofa installed in no time. They were clean, polite and respectful and even removed shoes without being asked before walking on our carpet. Great job and five star service. Thank you

Buying a sofa is a large expenditure and you want to feel you’re making the right choice. Fiona in the Bath store was very well informed and provided us with all the info we needed to whittle our choices down. The sofas took longer to arrive than expected but given that these are hand made in a single UK based factory, I didn’t mind that at all. Delivery was straightforward and Mark and Ian were super efficient. Overall we are really pleased with our new sofas!

We visited the Marlow store, the staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They emailed us all of the fine details of each product we showed interest in, which is really useful when you’re overwhelmed with information.
We then bought our sofa online.
4 weeks later Ashley and Connor delivered our sofa with such care, showed us how to put it together and take it apart safely. Then gave us advice and tips on how to take care of the sofa.
The overall service from viewing to delivery was fantastic!

Lovely from start to finish, made the whole process really fun! Nike in the Islington store was helpful and never pushy, made sure we measured before buying and totally in tune with what we were looking for. Love that it’s all made in Nottingham and supporting British companies. Brilliant quality. Joe and Ed were lovely on delivery and very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for everything would definitely recommend!

Over the past 12 months I have been to dozens of sofa showrooms. Arlo & Jacob in Wilmslow was by far the best experience I have had. This was all down to the lovely Rachel. She was amazing, she made my vision come to life by showing me different fabric options and advising which sofa would suit my room, so much so I returned the next day and ordered! Arlo & Jacob are very lucky to have her!

Great experience with this company. From the start the staff made this a company I would buy from again, we were encouraged to take our time in choosing, to measure at home and come back rather than any pressure to buy on the spot. Throughout the staff I have come into contact with - from in the showroom, CS and delivery folk- have been helpful and really pleasant - talking to you as a person rather than any automated answers. When we had a problem this was dealt with quickly, professionally and without fuss. The furniture itself is of excellent quality and fit our requirements.

After spending a lot of time looking at various sofas, I settled on purchasing a Hector large sofa and armchair along with a footstool.
Siobhan in the Bath store was really helpful in finalising my order, along with the other team members who we met on the other 2-3 times we came in the look at swatches and try all the sofas. They gave great advice on what fabrics types might suit and there’s so many swatches to try.
My order arrived sooner than expected, 5 weeks after ordering. Mark and Ian from the delivery team were great, when calling to confirm their arrival time, they couldn’t get hold of me initially so called the second contact.
They were very friendly, set-up the sofas with care and swiftly cleared away all the packaging.
Very happy with the service provided from start to finish and now enjoying my lovely new sofa and armchair!
