Not the most hi-tech gym in the world - but the friendliest

Not the most hi-tech gym in the world - but probably the friendliest community-centred gym in the world.
Apart from pretty well all the equipment you might need - a great range of classes for all ages as well as "seniors". Very competent and experienced trainers who are very professional and at the same time hugely approachable.
Great friendships here.
Needs air-con. Needs some roof and floor repair - but this place is run as a charity and they do their best.
