Great Customer Service quick response to questions ! Items arrived quickly and safely. I would definitely order with Arms Unlimited again.

This was my first order with Arms Unlimited (AU) in NV. I’m sorry to say that Unfortunately, it was an awful experience! I did not get what I paid for! First, I paid for USPS Priority Shipping which ended up being several days late. AU wanted me to contact USPS because It’s their policy they will not help with any carriers they use?? Keep in mind it is their USPS account, they’re the shipper, they printed the label and shipped it off. I don’t have an account with USPS but they do! They paid for my shipping on my behalf. Second, my order/package showed up damaged and bent almost in half. The Colt box was destroyed. I also had damaged and missing parts. The missing parts are clearly listed on their site with photos and in the description as well. Of course, once again it is apparently not in AU’s policy to help with that either?? It is clearly their policy to not help their customers out with order problems in any way shape or form! Imagine you placed an order with AU for the first time and paid for an expensive item to be shipped. Then it showed up really late, damaged and with missing parts – how would you feel? Then AU refused not only to help me with my order - but proceeded to tell me it is their policy not to help and won’t help! That’s awful Customer Service! This was an awful and disappointing experience! I give a 1 out of 10 (F-) rating! I regret ever dealing with this company and I will never do so again. I clearly would not recommend Unlimited Arms either. They have taken all the fun of this build and my hobby period! I contacted AU hoping for help with my first order. I had several issues/problems and their Customer Service did not and would not help me – instead they made it much worse! Unlimited is not Unlimited but very “limited” just read their company policies they’re so proud to throw in your face when any problem occurs! In the future I will only deal with Merchants that stand behind their products and actually care about good paying customers! thanks

Beware of items sold here - likely to be incomplete.
Purchased FN stock. Received stock and realized it was un-installable. So I started looking at it more. I called FN directly - they said they would never sell this item without these parts. Arms Unlimited swears it is authentic and is just the way it comes. I guess they expect you to just tape it together. When I tried to return they wanted me to again pay for more shipping and a restocking fee for an incomplete item. I do not feel that this was fair and tried to get them to do right by me but they would not! I would not recommend purchasing from them not only for they shortcomings in quality of products but their lack of willingness to recognize their own wrongdoings!

Placed an order in January 14 only to inquire over a month later where my order was and they told me that some of my items were back ordered and that they could either refund me or I could wait. I chose to wait only for them to refund the money anyway. They finally decided to ship what was left of my order to the wrong address which was returned to them. once I found this out, I inquired what happened and they sent me an order sheet with an incomplete address. I asked them to just please cancel my order and they said they would for a 15% restocking fee. I asked them if they could please waive the restocking fee due to the endless string of issues for them to send me a screenshot of their policy and refuse to help. I understand the mistakes and things happen, but they should not profit from these errors.

Terrible company do not do business with them. I look forward to them going out of business.

Save yourself from a headache and only shop with reputable companies. I paid for cheap police trade rifle that was in stock on Friday at 4:32 pm. Received an email at 7pm that same day asking for an FFL, I immediately replied, I already selected one during checkout but will contact my FFL to email one out. Monday 2:43pm I receive an email saying that the system canceled my order and they don't know why. I immediately called to see if it was a payment issue that could be corrected.
A women answered the phone and looked up my order. She said that I didn't provide an FFL so my order was canceled and there are no more in stock in a non-sympathetic, monotone, slow word speaking voice. What a lame excuse and horrible business practices, they did nothing to help the situation. There email says "please allow 72 hours for an email response" but God forbid you don't provide an FFL in 2 days. They'll hold your money hostage, sell more products than they have in stock and the first ones that provide an FFL will win. Everyone else will get screwed and get their money refunded while it's on hold.

Found the best price in the country for a Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol and they had them in stock. I placed an order and they had my shotgun in the hands of UPS the next day to my FFL. I will check out Arms Unlimited first the next time I shop for firearms and accessories.

I ordered a genuine name brand charging handle for my Colt M4. I also ordered their "Route" package protection for an additional fee. I received the part and it is damaged leaving a sharp edge in a location where your middle finger contacts the handle. The metal fragment was still in the unmarked plastic bag and the bubble wrap packaging is undamaged, indicating the part was damaged before it was shipped. Arm's management reviewed the photos including the fragment left in the bag and decided to turn it over to the ROUTE protection insurance i purchased. ROUTE is a mess of AI technology without a real person just as my service with Arms Unlimited. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. GO TO A MORE ESTABLISHED SUPPLIER THAT HAS BEEN AROUND. THIS PLACE WONT LAST LONG OR WILL CHANGE NAMES

The weapon, the shipping, the service... all premium. Arms Unlimited was responsive to inquiries. Coordinated with my FFL and shipped the shotgun very quickly. Absolutely no issues.

Timeline: Ordered 2/14/2023 - picked up from FFL on 2/24/2023.

"worst buying experience. Paid for the gun after company sent an email saying it was in stock. after I paid for it they sent another email with a tracking number. I waited for three weeks, after not recieving my gun, i contacted them and they told me that the gun was not in stock. they told me i could wait until they get more or they could refund my money. i sent an email and told them if it is going to take longer than a week , please just refund my money, but on the same day they an advertisement stating that this gun was in stock. looks to me that they dont have the guns in stock but use customers money for their business, but when we ask for our gun they just refund it"

First time customer. Ordered a stock and it was at my door 2 days later with standard shipping. Packaged well and exactly what I ordered. Will have no reservations purchasing from these guys again. Thanks.

First time I've purchased from arms unlimited and it was great I made a order on 4/29/2022 and received item on 5/3/2022 no problem whatsoever I will be ordering from them again and I've recommended them to a couple of people that's ready to shop and one of them is in law enforcement

I split an order for 1000 9mm FMJ rounds with a couple friends. ArmsU had a great sale price that came out to $18 per box of 50, including shipping! The order was easy to place and it shipped promptly. My first purchase from them was a positive experience.

Arms unlimited is a very nice company a lot of different products maybe something you’d want I found what I wanted ordered received it in a few days everything is in great condition will definitely order from them again

Never received my order and Arms Unlimited won’t respond! Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them!!! Horrible reviews on the internet! Then when they realize you still haven’t received a refund or your item/ order they try and tell you we’ll it shipped!!! Arms Unlimited honestly is the worst!!! They say your orders say delivered!! Yeah I know still don’t have my package and Arms unlimited still does nothing to help!

Arms Unlimited had what I wanted in stock, and at a reasonable cost with free shipping. It was a flawless transaction.
