Your feedback regarding the included belt are appreciate though the belt is part of Brandit’s design/look for the this shorts, but it can of course always be replaced with another belt to create the style or expression you prefer.

Din beställning lades den 20 maj, och vid köpet informerades du om att beställningen skulle skickas inom 5–8 vardagar. Den vara med längst leveranstid – Rothco Advanced Tactical Bag – var angiven med just 5–8 vardagars leveranstid.

På grund av en dansk helgdag den 29 maj uppstod tyvärr en försening i hanteringen. Det innebär att din beställning först skickas i dag – alltså 9 vardagar efter beställningen. Jag beklagar förseningen.

Du kommer att få ett mejl med spårningsnummer så snart paketet har skickats under dagen.

Hej David, jag forstår att baskern du beställde inte motsvarade dina förväntningar vad gäller design och passform. Jag beklagar att designen inte lever upp till dina förväntningar och vill gärna hjälpa dig att hitta en modell som passar bättre.

Jag vill försäkra dig om att produktbilden på hemsidan är tillhandahållen av tillverkaren och visar exakt den modell som levererats till dig. Den aktuella baskern är designad för att sitta nära huvudet, vilket också återspeglas i produktbilderna.

Om du letar efter en större eller lösare basker, liknande en "fransk basker", rekommenderar jag att du kikar på denna modell: https://www.army-star.se/fostex-basker.

För att jag ska kunna hjälpa dig bättre får du gärna skriva till mig och berätta vad du söker i en basker – till exempel en specifik stil eller passform.

Jag hjälper dig gärna vidare och hoppas kunna hitta en modell som uppfyller dina förväntningar.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues surrounding your order and the inconvenience it caused, especially during such an important time as the holidays.

Unfortunately, a technical issue occurred with your order, and we take full responsibility for this mistake. We deeply regret the inconvenience this caused, as well as the delays in ensuring your parcel arrived.

As promised in our email, we shipped your parcel on Tuesday, December 17th, via UPS.
I acknowledge that there was a typo in the tracking number we initially provided to you, and we regret the confusion this caused.
However, according to our system, your phone number and private address were entered correctly as the delivery destination.

Per our agreement, we set up the shipment to be delivered directly to your private address and not to an Access Point. If UPS was unable to reach the recipient at the private address and redirected the parcel to an Access Point, they are responsible for notifying the recipient of this change.

We understand how frustrating this experience must have been for you and your family. To make up for our mistake, we would like to offer you compensation. Please email us at service@army-star.eu and I will personally ensure that we find a suitable way to apologize for the inconvenience.

Once again, we deeply regret the trouble this caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you for your feedback.

I’m sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate experience with our return process.
We always include a return label in the package to make it simple and easy for our customers to send items back.
It sounds like there was an unexpected issue with our carrier in this case, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to look into your situation further to find a solution.

When returning items from outside the EU, it’s essential to include three copies of the invoice so that carriers like UPS can process the return correctly.

Utan denna information är det svårt för oss att identifiera och åtgärda eventuella problem.
