Good service. Would be great if invoices would be more precise with props. Also, waybills would be sent automatically and signed with an electronic signature. That would make happy accountants.

Do not waste your nerves and time on this shop
6 days since my order 23/10-9444 and not even a status change. Called them - didn't pick up, wrote them to whatsapp - ignored. Wrote them to whatsapp again - finally responded. Don't know who is behind their customer support but it is a hysterical person who 1) cannot write a single sentence correctly, level of literacy is below possible norms; 2) oh, the attitude! I told that it has been 6 days and nobody wrote me or changed status - I was told in a rude manner "it will arrive in 5-7 work days, what else do you want???". Such a childish, incompetent attitude. And don't forget that everything was written with spelling errors in each word. I asked what is with their attitude and got even more rudeness and sass towards me. Eventually I asked to cancel and they threw the cancellation at me like a Karen from the worst woke thing you can imagine 😂 It was funny, but I really hope they will return the money as their company is not just shady, but suuuuperrr bad. Plus they are very aggressive in anything you tell them, I will write a review here and they are going to lose it again.
P.S. to the person from the support who told me that - "great a f... teacher!" You shouldn't have deleted your whatsapp messages it was so funny!

Kāpēc jūs melojat? Nosūtīju sūdzību atbalsta dienestam par nepatiesu , agresīvu un melīgu atsauksmi.
Pasūtījuma izpildes termiņš nebija beidzies , kad klients atcēla pasūtījumu rupjā formā un pazemojot mūsu darbinieku.
Lūdzu neņemt vērā šo atsauksmi, jo tā nav pēc būtības.
Why are you lying? I sent a complaint to the support service about a false, aggressive and lying review.
The order fulfillment period had not expired when the customer canceled the order in a rude manner and humiliating our employee.

Thank you for you message. This is some misunderstand. Our store has been operating for more than 10 years. As we see on tracking , your parcel was delivered in promissed terms. Sometimes our automatical mails about order status come to spam box. We are sorry about it if you don't received our email in your mail box.
