First experience you damaged my new sofa cost me hundreds in days off to get it fixed as repair company didnt work weekends.I was told by your online chat you deliver weekends but you dont cost me a days money. This experience your driver didn't call before he arrived as he was meant to. I was 15 minutes away he couldn't wait and left 2 expensive items in back garden. Rubbish service as always from Arrow 👍👍👍 ( if I know a company uses you I will not order from them)

Excellent I live in a converted mill and at the top.We don’t have a lift .Shamis Grant was amazing brought all the parcels up with no issues and was so friendly ,professional

Time slots texted 3 days before then again on Friday and on the day a very polite phone call to say they were 10 mins away and early.
Carried appliance into kitchen very polite an social distancing rules observed. Highly recommend these 2 guys.

I just had a very bad experience mattress (king size) delivery early morning today around 8.20 am today. I had a good expectation of the delivery as I've been given 1-hour notice and the delivery van came at the right time. It was 2 person delivery and expected the guys would help me put the mattress in the bedroom. When I asked them to help me put it upstairs in the bedroom, one of the two guys suddenly got angry and abandoned the mattress at the front door telling me I should have said, "Please". I tried to reason with him by being polite and completely ignored me and left. I was completely shocked by this unreasonable behaviour and told the other delivery man about this co-worker rude conduct. He was very understanding and reasonable did help me to push the mattress so that I could close the door.

I've had two pieces of furniture delivered on two separate occasions and both times the Arrow guys have been super. They arrive on time, they call half hour before arriving and they are helpful polite and respectful. Lonely and Cosmin who were my delivery guys last week went above and beyond their duties. I told them I had a bad back and they unpacked all of my items into my new media unit they had delivered. I was so grateful. They are a credit to Arrow.

I also find the email updates helpful and the tracking service very detailed

Really bad service - very unhappy customer!
made me take 2 days off work and didn't turn up. When called as not happy they were unhelpful. Had to wait another week for my delivery even though it was there mistake twice. Couldn't get any worse would not recommend this company at anyone ever.

Only had 5 items from them i.e. Washing machine fridge at different times every item was smashed to bits had to send back that was like hard work to .my wife wanted to check the item in front of the arrow workers then thay just look at her like dirt and saying y would you do that we have no time we have to go to other jod (enough sead get a item see for your self thay haven't got a grate feedback as it is sure they will go bust at this rate (what ever happened to that grate service the U.K. Had
