Very positive communication in an unexpected situation
I ordered two pieces from the same artist but the artist was moving house and one of the pieces couldn't be located. I was offered the choice of either a refund or one of an alternative selection at the same size and price so I chose one the alternatives. These things happen and the communication I received was very courteous and apologetic so all in all, a very positive experience.
