Have purchased Screens from this company on several occasions with no issues at all.
However, my latest order of screens proved a problem. I now live in the Republic of Ireland and had some screens delivered to friends in the UK who were due to drove over and visit us bringing the screens with them. All good so far.
Upon first using the screens, one ripped as I was reclaiming the screen and the other ripped as I was coating the screen. Whilst I appreciate these things happen, to happen so quickly and indeed on first coating the screen is not really acceptable.
I reached out to them initially by email with images of said screens and damage. No response for a few days, so i forwarded the message to them again. Still no response.
I decided to reach out to them via their own contact form on their website, thinking perhaps my emails had gone to spam, and thinking that I might get a response from their own contact form..... How wrong I was. Still not heard from them.
My initial email was sent 28th August and to date I've not had a response from them.
It's not about replacements, although a credit might be nice offering, it's about communication and severe lack o respect to the customer.
Maybe I'll get a response now, who knows.
Fantastic Service and Expertise
I was recommended by staff at Morley College in London to contact Art2silkscreen, as they had helped the college acquire their UV exposure unit. Nikki very kindly talked me through all the different options to work out what would work best for me. The unit then arrived as promised, on time, safely packaged and fully tested. The results from the unit are stunning - I use it to contact print Cyanotype images. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Nikki and the team at Art2silkscreen. I can also recommend their acetate sheets which I use to produce perfect digital negatives.
LED Exposure unit purchase
I purchased an LED Exposure unit in the Black Friday sale. It arrived very promptly, boxed and in perfect working condition. Any queries I made either by email or phone with Artsilkscreen were dealt with cheerfully and professionally and user guide for equipment provided on request. Also - as I live in North Aberdeenshire there was no question of extra delivery charges to my location which I sadly come across frequently ordering from suppliers ‘down south’. Very pleased with this company and intend to continue using their services and products.

very good quality items but very bad communication. Lack off response from the team. I am still missing an item from the order. They just respond when you call them. The message system of their website also doesn't work.

Zero customer service
We have never once been able to get through to anyone on the phone. It just constantly rings out no matter when or how many times you phone. They also never answered the Messenger messages we sent either. It's all very well being able to order items from a company but if there is no customer service and you can't get hold of anyone it's not much use.

Art 2 silkscreen are a great, friendly company. I purchased my first business package from them and have had nothing but great customer service and help along the way. Nikki has been a great help and always on the other end of the phone for any problems or questions. Gary delivered my kit and set it up whilst teaching me how to use it and has a wealth of knowledge that I was more than happy to take on board. since dealing with Art 2 Silkscreens I have become a better and more confident printer. I always return to them to stock up on supplies and am never disappointed with the quality or speedy delivery.

I bought a Kit
I bought a Kit. It took long to arrived. costumer service is bad. I asked one question about my press and I didnt got any reply. It was an easy question. The emulsion sent is too big for the only 4 screens that come with the kit. And it goes bad really quickly so it can not be save for later. The kit is good though and I would recommend.
100% top notch service.
25 years away from the game . Getting back into screen printing . Did my homework and got a wicked deal. Haven't had time to set up workshop because of this awful virus . Wasn't expecting delivery so quick again due to what's happening Box after box arrived to my shock in 3 days after placing my order . Had a quick look after getting through tons of packaging, again this shows care went into the little things. I will def have art2silkscreen as my goto for further supplies. 100% top service . Nikki you've a customer for life here .
Issue resolved
There was some misunderstanding regarding the delivery - some products didn't arrive.
But it is visible that the company cares about the customer, they shipped replacement products.
