Ordered an expensive art glass product (Polar Candleholder) which got cracked after a while.
It turned out it was some kind of production error.
After some waiting Artglass Vista contacted Kosta Boda and arranged a replacement.
Unfortunately this replacement got damaged during shipping (with FedEx).
After sending pictures to Artglass Vista they sent another replacement which arrived today.
Very happy with their service and time.
And a special thank you to Johan.
Will certaintly come back again.

I made an order on 08/08/22 and the money was taken out of my account.
On 10/08/02 I received an email from Johan in their team to inform me that one of the items was now out of stock.
I have since sent over 4 emails and rang up multiple times daily (and no one answers) and have been leaving voicemails which have all been ignored.
It is 9 days later and still no response so I am resorting to leaving this review.
Terrible customer service and as it stands, it feels like my money has been stolen as there is no sign of anything being sent nor any response through their channels.

Reply to Artglassvista about the Bertail Valllien limited edition silver pipes vase the silver leaf turned gold..First of all why did you not state this on your selling page when I purchased it for £300 ..Secondly I have checked with silver leaf expert yes silver leaf can tarnish by air if its not sealed and handled properly and certainly should not tarnish if it had been treated sealed and infused into glass as once its sealed infused into glass the air cannot get to it so should not tarnish ..It was bright silver when arrived new within 1 year it has turned a dirty gold colour proves it has not been sealed properly when infused into glass ..So i would say not top quality but seconds ..I would never purchase anything of you again .To others when buying Kosta Boda do not buy off this company ..One last thing if I had wanted a gold vase I would of purchased a gold vase ....

Extraordinary products and of high quality. Perfect after sales services.

The delivery has been travelling around for 18 days now and is from what I heard today back at the starting point.
FedEx answer:
"We are very sorry about the situation. According to updates in the system the shipment has been delivered back to shipper address on 29/3.
I have now opened a case to investigate this further.

We will revert back to you with an update latest tomorrow.

Our apologies for inconvenience."

Good prices, perfekt service

The plant pot is just fantastic: an elegant simple form and a beautiful shade of green. It came very carefully wrapped and the shipping was quick.

Wonderful customer service. Piece that I purchased and shipped to the US had a small blemish. Without a question, the gallery arranged for a return and quickly sent a replacement that is perfect. Superb communication and beautiful piece of glass.

Ordered a glass vase from here. Price was very competitive and shipping was pretty quick. The packing of the vase was a bit funky, they wrapped in extra bubble wrap, too much so that the presentation box shape was warped, also there was a lot of dead space, I thought the thin neck of the vase could have been protected better. In any case it arrived safe and sound.

FedEx did not have my full address but they did eventually manage to find me on the expected delivery day. Efficient service.

Shipping was delayed, but it worths the wait. I love Nachtmann crystals!!
