I engaged with Artifact Projects NYC for a $1,500 advertisement in the December 2024 issue of Architectural Digest. As a 3D ceramic artist, I expected a professional representation of my work. Unfortunately, the ad was dark, undersized, and lacked any descriptive context. Despite reaching out three times to address these concerns, I received only one dismissive response offering a 20% discount on future services, with no further communication. I was not provided with proofing options or opportunities to enhance the ad's quality. I advise fellow artists, especially those specializing in 3D work, to exercise caution when considering services from this company unless they implement significant changes to their processes.
