Working with ArtisanHD was a great experience from top to bottom. As an illustrator who now works exclusively in the digital world, it was important to find a printer who could make the watercolor effect I see on screen happen with the final print. ArtisanHD hit that right on the nose. The color, the quality...I'm really delighted.
Also, there was a mix-up on my end early on, where I contacted them to stop production of one image size and start at a different size. Stephanie Joyce on their end was understanding, made the change, and got me what I needed with professionalism and care. It really made a difference.
Whenever I need the top-quality printing of my artwork, there is no other choice for me.
