Ordered through wholesale portal for my shop. Had to order over £500 for free delivery. Some mis-described items and some unable to sell due to poor quality. Tried to contact them in every way possible but ghosted. Will never use again.
I had a very bad experience with this company. Ordered some goods from the wholesale website. Poor communication. No calls or emails answered for two weeks. No goods to be seen. They also changed my order documents on the website. I had to open a case with my bank to get my money back. It was a real shame as I had ordered from them in February and all went smoothly. I won’t order again.
This company also trades under the name of Oliveart. I ordered a knife block from them, which although it arrived properly, was not as pictured. The holes for the knives were not big enough and some hadn’t been fully cut through. This meant that only the smallest knives could be placed into the block. I immediately asked for a return and didn’t hear back from them until I said I would be cancelling my credit card payment. At this point I got an email with an address on it. So, I’m left with a large, heavy item which I have to pay full postage on, to return.
