I ordered through the copic-shop. They did not even attempt to fulfil my order, after 2 working weeks I started trying to contact them, hoping for updates, but my messages were ignored and my phone call just went to voicemail. A month after I had ordered, Paypal had to force a refund because the customer service at Artistmaterial would not get back to me.
Appalling to deal with.
Zero communication. No confirmation of order, no reply to 2 emails sent for delivery update.
Do yourself a favour and just don't deal with these people. It's simply not worth the effort.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Save yourself the hassle, this is a joke store, they don't have anything in stock and don't contact you to let you know they are awaiting stock. Absolute joke of a store, only raised a Paypal dispute after trying to contact them for 3 weeks.
Placed order for artist materials and paid, after waiting two weeks, I phoned to see if items had been dispatched. They told me items were out of stock, its a pity they did not display that on their website before I ordered. Got refund.
Artistmaterial also trade as Copic Shop. I have dealt with Artistmaterial once and Copic Shop twice. Two orders had to be returned, once because I ordered the wrong items, and once because they sent me a damaged item. In both cases they delayed refunding me to the point where I raised a PayPal dispute. They are also very difficult to contact as the phone number doesn’t connect. You have to email them messages which they takes days to reply to.
I won’t be dealing with them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
