Subscription paid but no magazine or refund
My daughter kindly gifted me a subscription of Artists & Illustrators magazine for my birthday but unfortunately, she gave the wrong house number. She phoned subscriptions soon after and corrected it, accepting that that month's issue would be forfeit but that I would receive the 2nd issue. I didn't.
My daughter phoned and emailed to check again, they read the correct address back to her and again assured her they had corrected it. I didn't receive the 3rd or 4th issues either.
I phoned Artists & Illustrators and was informed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th issues were sent to the incorrect address, and are now out of stock.
When I asked Artists & Illustrators to refund the subscription they said they don't give refunds, even for issues they sent to the wrong address after they have corrected it on their system.
So I still have no magazines and my daughter has lost her money. Very poor.
